Our two dogs love their new beds - obviously very comfortable. I can see that they look and feel very secure in them. Excellent purchase - thanks.

Pups and Beds goes ABOVE and beyond. The service is amazing. They truly care about you and your pet. LaiLa truly enjoys her beds, and I can't thank you enough. They are sooooo soft she sleeps like a baby. I highly recommend making a purchase through Pups and Beds, you definitely won't be disappointed. When I say they go above and beyond they truly do. LaiLa says ruff ruff (thank you so much).

Excellent Quality of calming bed
Ever since I adopted my fur baby, every day feels like an exciting new chapter. From road trips to beach days and just the casual drive to the dog park, my car's backseat became his little playground. But it also became the spot for his many restless moments. When I came across the car seat and calming bed bundle from Pups and beds, I thought I'd give it a shot.
Honestly, it's been such a relief. My pup now has his very own throne in the car, making our drives so much smoother. And at home? The calming bed is the stuff of dreams. I no longer have to deal with his midnight zoomies or the restless pacing. He curls up in that bed, and it's like all his worries melt away.
For all the pup parents out there looking for that slice of tranquility amidst the chaos of pet parenting, this bundle is a godsend. There's nothing more comforting than watching your furkid in a peaceful slumber after a day full of adventures.

I recently purchased a cat bed and it's…
I recently purchased a cat bed and it's simply amazing! The design is not only eye-catching but also practical and functional. What sets this cat bed apart is its luxurious feel – the bedding material is incredibly soft and plush, making it perfect for my furry friend to curl up and sink into. The bed's size is perfect and even allows for roomy lounging space for large cat breeds. The quality of the materials used is evident, ensuring durability and long-lasting comfort. Overall, I would give this cat bed a 5-star rating and highly recommend it to any cat owner looking for a comfortable and luxurious bed for their feline friend.

Lovely Dark Grey Plush
Product arrived quickly
Well packaged.clear instructions to fluff up.lovely plush fabric in outer. I purchased the Medium in dark grey colour. Despite measuring & purchasing according to breed, I found item to be huge. Possibly would have fit my previous 20kg border collie comfortably
I was disappointed in cheap covering over base cushion.it could have been made of a more durable covering material
I’ve had to vacuum seal & intend to store for about a year as much too large for my Cavoodle puppy. Should be great when he’s fully grown & able to sleep out of his crate without getting up to mischief. It won’t fit in his crate. He’s currently using a cheaper, small calming bed which he loves. I’ll wait until he’s well & truly outgrown his cheaper one & is out of his puppy stage before getting this one out again. I’m sure he’ll love it.

Hi MsPrint,
We're wagging our tails at your 4-star rating and detailed feedback! Our dark grey plush bed has been lovingly chosen for your growing Cavoodle, and we're all ears (and paws!) for your insights. 🐾🥰
The surprise size jump sounds like your little one is in for a treat! We know navigating puppy growth spurts can be a bit of a puzzle, but rest assured, your Cavoodle will soon be ready for his new snuggly sanctuary. 🐶🏰
We're taking your point about the base cushion material to heart. Your suggestions are precious pawprints that guide our journey to create the best beds for our furry pals!🛠️💖
We can already imagine the day your Cavoodle steps out of his current bed and into the plush embrace of our Pups N' Beds product. That's a tail-wagging moment we're looking forward to! 🎉🐕🦺
Keep spreading the puppy love and stay pawsome!

Premium calming beds
I ordered two premium calming beds for my staffy x and my English bull terrier when we pick him up on the 15/06.
My Staffy x loves his new bed as soon as I took it out the packaging he went straight to sleep after sniffing it.
Can’t wait for my bull terrier to enjoy his new bed as well when we pick him up.
I will definitely be recommending them and using them for buying gifts 😊 xx

Really happy with my sofa protector purchase from Pups and Beds. Its quality is fantastic and my pup loves it! The only snag was the delivery, which took a bit longer than I expected. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY..
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY... So I ordered one of the calming tents as a present for my daughters wee puppy and I was pretty fuming to say the least on 1.Thr Evri driver must have known the item was damaged as the packaging was also damaged and you could see the item was damaged too but she handed me 3 parcels and walked away. Now I have not even opened the rest of this parcel as am truly annoyed.
I have sent emails to get this parcel returned and I would like the details of how you get the parcel returned because strange enough return policy is a bit cagey and gives you no return address. Me thinks trading standard should be involved in this company because I do not think it does have a trading address in the UK. Me thinks it is a front for a Chinese owned / based company... Awaiting on a reply. Ps. Not happy I could not post pictures

Dear Marie,
I'm sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with this company. It's frustrating to receive a damaged item, especially when it was supposed to be a gift for your daughter's puppy. It's concerning that the delivery driver handed you damaged parcels and didn't offer any assistance or apology.
I hope that you're able to get the situation resolved and receive a satisfactory resolution from the company.

Really bad customer service and poor condition of bed.
Extremely disappointed in condition of comfort bed, cost £80. Emailed many times with no response for days then get an automated response. No contact number to reach them and despite sending pics and a video they say my video wasn't good enough (it was fine) and to re-send it. Done this with and still no reply. Have tried Facebook page and messenger to get contact. Absolute disgraceful customer service.

My puppy was stressed when in car
My puppy was stressed when in car, but since getting the calming car seat he immediately falls asleep and travels much better than before. The seat could be more fluffy in the middle but overall it’s not bad. Size large fits perfectly for 9 months old Labrador. On the negative side, I did not receive any tracking number or any updates about my parcel progress till emailing the company and then email on the day that the parcel is due for the delivery.
