Total garbage
Total garbage! Don’t buy from this company. Since when do you buy a cutting board and get sucked into a monthly subscription! Insane! I emailed over a month ago to requested an immediate cancellation and no response. Got changed again. Then I found another email and I did get a response but they won’t honor my refund , even tho I requested in writing . I can’t help they got a new support email address. I used the one on their website ! To comment on the actual board itself that I received. Took a long time to come in the mail and it’s cheap and always leave water spots. I wish I could return and just never had experienced all of this! Stay away!!! Also I’ll add on their email response they said they notified me at checkout of the subscription- no! I ordered on Amazon and no prompt came up notifying of anything like that. I hope you get shut down for running such a sham !!!!
I wouldn’t say it’s amazing
I wouldn’t say it’s amazing, but it’s solid. Cleans easily, doesn’t smell, and doesn’t take up much room in the drawer.
The surface took a little getting used to, but I’m into it now.
FRAUD company
FRAUD company. SCAM, DO NOT ORDER. They charge you a recurring subscription charge without any agreement had to contact American Express and get a fraudulent charge put onto them they don’t respond.

Total scam. Every time you select a product, they add a $29 subscription to your cart. No warning. No explanation. I made 3 separate orders and now have 3 subscriptions - they will not respond and there is no way to cancel subscriptions. No info on website. No explanations. No way to cancel. No way to remove credit card. Contest charges and cancel your card.

Avoid. Like everyone else I brought a chopping board. Then had £22 taken twice from my account without authorisation or receiving any other product. No response from customer services. I’ve had to contact my bank to ensure no future payments are taken fraudulently.
A money filching scam
Poor quality goods is one thing. Filching £22 without authorisation from my credit card is another.
Under the law in every country, to take money or goods without authorisation is theft.
Pure Cut has just done that to me.
Avoid - multiple fraudulent charges and goods not delivered
This company ignores all emails and has no telephone number.
I ordered a set of chopping boards and a mat, some weeks later a single chopping board was delivered. The rest have still not arrived. I disputed the charge and they provided false information to my card provider.
In addition, like everyone else on here, an unauthorised charge was made to my card for a membership that I never asked for some weeks after the initial purchase - this charge is fraudulent.
Avoid this company.

The cutting boards seem ok although they were scratched, but the killer is that you are unknowingly signed up for a subscription for who knows what that charges $29/month. I tried to contact them, but no one replies. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company.

Unfortunate scam
Unfortunately, I wanted to be happy with this product and I am with the product itself but this company charges a monthly recurring fee after one item is purchased WITH NO WARNING. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will charge you $30/month following one purchase and will not refund your money despite numerous attempts of contacting customer service. Instead, they will say we will update you in 1-2 days on the status of your request and never do anything about it. Very disappointed with my experience..

So so dodgy - I bought a board and then about 6 weeks laster they took £22 from my account, with no notice, I then had an email thanking me for joining their membership. I have no idea how they kept my card details on record. After complaining they’ve offered me first 20% and now 40% refund on the membership. Why they think anyone would want a monthly membership for a chopping board company, in which the membership only offers you discounts, is ridiculous. How many chopping boards do they think people would buy?! Total scam. Total joke of a company.
Purecut is a sham!
I was charged a monthly fee that was unbeknownst to me. They wouldn’t refund it but did cancel it. I bought chopping boards and thought that was the end of the transaction. The boards aren’t the best of quality and probably would have been better off buying something off of Amazon. Steer clear of PureCut. It’s a sham.

I placed two one-time orders with Pure Cut for their titanium utensils and cutting board, and everything seemed normal. The orders confirmation clearly showed a standard purchase with no mention of a subscription, recurring charges, or membership.
However, a month later I noticed additional two transactions on my bank account that I did not authorise. I emailed their support on 19th July to challenge these charges, but they responded the following:.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the PureCut Collective trial, and truly appreciate your patience throughout this process.
We want to confirm that your subscription has been successfully canceled, and no further charges will be incurred moving forward. However, your trial benefits remain valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, meaning you can still enjoy exclusive discounts and priority customer support during this period.
Please note that once the subscription has been charged, no refunds can be issued for that payment. However, you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
For a better understanding of our subscription refund and cancellation policy, we encourage you to visit our website and review the full details outlined there.
We regret any frustration the previous enrollment may have caused and truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
I want to highlight this so others are aware:
1) The original order looked like a regular one-off purchase (see your order confirmations)
2) There was no clear notice of a subscription or recurring payment
3) No reply from customer service after raising the issue
If you're considering buying from Pure Cut, check your credit card statements closely and be cautious of any hidden subscriptions. I’m now pursuing this with my credit card company.

Scam and a rip iff
The board was okay. It’s not titanium as promised. $51 for a small cutting board wasn’t a bargain plus shipping costs. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. The real scam is that they sign you up for their “collective” & charge you $45 a month for nothing. They claim it’s mentioned at the point of sale but I never saw the cost and it seemed like you were opted in automatically. I presume it happens every month. They claim it’s to get you a small percentage off future purchases that you may or may not make. That’s 88% of the cost of a cutting board for absolutely nothing! You can’t call them. They take 3 days to respond to emails. You can’t unsubscribe from the collective via your purchase account. I put a block in my card & told them to remove me from their collective but I don’t trust them. Just don’t buy from them. I wish I could rate them zero stars. Instagram hosts these scammers so beware of buying from sellers on Instagram.
