I bought Pure Sleepy on 17/04/2024. I cant believe the difference it has made.
I use it every time I change the bed - 2 weeks.
I am constantly amazed at the amount of 'powder' I find in the tank each time I use it, albeit a lot less than from the first time I used it.
I no longer have an itchy back and arms when I get up in the morning. Would not be without it.

Great machine so easy to use my experience is a full 5 stars

A great little tool to help keep dust mites at bay, my daughter suffers with a severe dust mite allergy, and I use this as part of a multi pronged approach to managing her allergies. Every time I hoover the mattress and the headboard and pillows etc, I am both awed and disgusted by how much the Puresleepy is able to pull up, it is incredible. Everyone's beds have been done, and we are all sleeping better because of it.

I love the vacuum! I couldn’t recommend it more. I’m allergic to dust mites so I use it a lot on my bed and it works great.

Recommend the Puresleepy wireless vacuum for dust and mites. I use it regularly on my pillow and bedding and I can actually see how effective the vacuum is each time I use it. The charge lasts a long time too. Only negative is that is sometimes, but very rarely, gives me a small electric shock when I'm using it, but nothing to be concerned about, I think. If you are susceptible to dust allergies, definitely worth getting this vacuum.

I ordered from Pure Sleepy and never received my item. Despite being told it had been sent, nothing arrived, and the company has since ignored all of my emails. This experience has been extremely frustrating and distressing, especially for people who may be unwell or have allergies and rely on these products for their health and comfort.

Taking money without delivering goods or communicating properly is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity. I strongly advise others to avoid this company until they demonstrate honesty and reliability.

Do not buy from this company!!
I ordered the product online but it never said it had to be returned to Germany.
I cancelled the order the following day but it was still despatched.
I returned it to the address they provided and, surprise, surprise, the parcel was returned to me indicating "Not claimed".
They then promised a refund on 20
September 2025. On 14 October 2025 it has not yet arrived. Need I say more?

I bought this product online. No where on the site does it say it ships from Germany. i tried the product out and it is useless. After using a matress for 10 years, absolutely no dust particles came out into the filter. here is this company's strategy. I asked to return the item and get a refund. They sent an email back saying I could return the item to Germany for a full refund OR (heres the catch) keep it and get a 35% refund. Of course they know that shipping this back to germany is going to cost me more than the item itself. How dare they make their money on a lie. I am SO SICK of people being out of integrity in the way they sell. This company should be pulled out and forbidden to operate. I will tell everyone I know about this company and I know a lot of people.

I'm sorry to say but absolutely DO NOT buy from this company. It's very shady. The product didn't work, I returned it and 6 weeks later the company STILL hasnt communicated to me despite many many emails back and forth.

The product is not great. It took ages to arrive so I asked to return it. I then had to pay to return it to Germany- where the company is based.
However- German post workers don’t like electricals! So it was returned back. I am now out of pocket and their customer service is awful.
Do not buy!

This company is a complete scam, first it took weeks for me to receive the product without any type of communication from the company, no shipping info, nothing, right away I started to think I was literally robbed, since no communication I had to get a different vacuum from Amazon which by the way I got the next day, I gave that one as a present which was the intention with the Pure Sleepy one, so at that point I wrote the company to ask for the shipping info and all they said was: "it's on its way", basically it will show eventually. I explained to them that waiting for it for that long was a very inconvenient situation and I was gonna return it as soon as I got it. They tell me to inform them then to start a return invoice. Ok, waited a couple of weeks more and finally got here, immediately ask for instructions for the return, waited another week to get a response and told me to take pictures of the product and send to them... then I would get the instructions for returning, sent the pictures right away (product still in box, unopened just ready to return). Finally after a couple of days they responded with -we can give you 35% of your money back or you can return it paying a (very) expensive shipping to this address in Germany, GERMANY! we are talking $80+ to return it on my own expense. Well, what you think is gonna happen? Most customers are going to keep that piece of cheap plastic just to avoid the cost of shipping and get only 35% money back. Stay away, repeat, stay away from this company, if you have a vacuum cleaner at home, you are all set, that's all you need and save you money and your time and frustration, or just purchase another one on Amazon knowing you'll get a full refund and free returns if you dislike the product. This type of companies shouldn't have a spot on any social media selling you empty promises. Nowhere in the adds or even at the time you are reviewing your purchase before paying say if you are not happy with the product you can return on your own very pricey expense. Lesson learnt, will not be buying anything before asking for their return (full) policy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. I tried to return the product because the vacuum didn’t suck anything from my 10-year old mattress, but the company wanted me to pay INTERNATIONAL shipment back to Germany (which is NOT mentioned ANYWHERE on their landing page!!!!!). After some correspondence the customer support STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME. I am very sad that a young international startup would be so careless with their customers and reputation.

This product does absolutely nothing. There has not been 1 speck of dust (or mites, if any) picked up since I bought it. After reading the reviews, I imagine that there is little point to try to resolve. Don't purchase is my advice!

I think this company is a scam company, I'm still waiting to receive my hoover, there's no number to call so i've emailed and hear nothing back

I waited for weeks to receive a product that did not work then was told they would replace it so I waited weeks and receive a 50c filter not a new unit when I asked for a refund they stopped all communication there products are rubbish there service is rubbish do not bye anything from these scamers !!!!

Had to select one star or cannot comment here :I personally sent Puresleepy an email asking why they don’t provide an address or phone number as I would not place an order without this information.I got a reply from someone named Nelly ? Asking what my order number was and transaction.?
And obviously impossible as I had not actually ordered anything.
Pleased I did not order from this company Pure Sleep after reading other reviews here on Trustpilot.

Same problem as other reviews. Will not allow returns only at our expense to ship to Germany. They will not honor return policy and what to give 35% discount. Was tricked to buy 2 and they will not allow you to edit your order. This cost me 250.00 and all the time with them trying to force me to keep with there piddly discounts!!!! I only put 1 star because I had to.

What can I say. Facebook advertised the product with a hugh discount. I paid £109 for the bed mattress vacuum. After not being told when I would receive it, I bought a similar vacuum on Amazon for £36.99.
I contacted Pure Sleepy. They would not cancel the order.
When I did receive the vacuum (weeks later) , the packing and instructions were identical to the Amazon Product.
I asked for a full refund but they made the whole process so difficult that I negotiated a 45% refund.
I know I have overpaid and will learn from the experience.
Disappointed with Facebook for allowing such advertisements.

Product severely underperformed compared to hand held dyson. Puresleepy was only able to suck up about 1 teaspoon of dust. The hole leads directly to cylinder, so the dust just drops back out when you turn it off.

I then followed the same mattresss eith my household vacuum and i got a whole cylinder full of dust.

Emailed them, sharing my feedback and photos and asked for refund. They kept trying to push partial refund and suggested i gift to someone - no i dont want to do that!

Website advertised try 90 day risk free - false advertising! Upon threatening to ckntact my card company, they reluctantly accepted return for full refund.

Sent international mail - the address gave me was based in dusseldorf, germany. I shared tracking details and followed up a few times regarding the refund - no response.

I’ve now contacted my card company too.

Awful happy to take your money... not item arrived no shipping uploaded then at 9pm on a Saturday got an email with no details saying failed delivery attempt. Poor communication, offered to send a new one if confirmed all details again... didn't but they days later the failed delivery attempt was successful again to why or signed by who no idea, no photo or signature was provided!? Didn't refund or replace item....scam.company. or sham company either way.... don't trust
