Avoid this company. DO NOT BE MISLED. They are completely dishonest. The product is an overpriced item which does not deliver the advertised results. It requires considerable pressure in use and is unsuitable for use by an older person. Pure Sleepy do not honour their 90 day refund promise and waste huge amount of buyers’ through time-wasting tricks in their ‘refund’ process. I am taking up my grievance with Trading Standards and consumer protection journalists

Do not order from this company. My daughter ordered a Puresleepy in error and tried to cancel within their 24 hour cancellation policy but they still went ahead and dispatched it. Customer Service (if you're lucky enough to get hold of them) said refuse delivery but courier dumped it on her doorstep whilst she was out. They then said return it at her own expense....to Germany! Trading Standards have been informed and are trying to help get her money back.

The product didn’t turn up and the customer service is an automated bot.

Beware, shipping to the UK glitched. It came via Royal Mail and was underpaid so we had to pay an extra £7 for delivery. In addition, when we got the demand from Royal Mail it wasn't clear what it was for so we asked puresleepy and they said it wasn't them as they use Yodel. So in the 2nd there was a ~3 weeks delay before we ourselves decided puresleepy must not know how their own shipping half operates and paid the extra fee.

Well ordered the vacuum cleaner and it doesn’t work properly, so I want to return it less than a week after receiving it. While I am getting emails back from their customer service, so far I have been unsuccessful in getting a return label. An absolute pain.
