I attempted to order a product that was…
I attempted to order a product that was accidentally made available while still in testing. This was entirely the company’s mistake, yet I was left with no recourse beyond a refund — the situation was effectively treated as if it were my problem.
While the refund was issued promptly and the team was polite in their communication, it was frustrating that a product being put live early caused unnecessary confusion, and no goodwill gesture was offered despite the inconvenience.
Customer service was courteous, but the experience was marred by the company’s error and the lack of flexibility in addressing it.

You’re absolutely right that the product was made available earlier than intended, and we fully took responsibility for this in our communication with you. As soon as the issue was identified, we issued a full refund and clarified the situation.
As mentioned in our emails, this affected multiple customers, and we aim to treat everyone fairly and consistently. Offering individual discounts would mean extending the same to all affected customers to maintain that fairness.
That said, we did provide a 10% discount code as a goodwill gesture, which we hope reflected our intention to make things right while remaining consistent in our approach.
We understand this took a bit longer than expected but please note that we always do our best to ensure a fair resolution for everyone involved.

These single serve sachets of creatine are really handy and fit into my daily morning routine. No taste and disolves quickly so can be added to my morning Juice. I have noticed a difference already after a few weeks, I can walk further and my afternoon brain fogs are much improved.

Customer support is A**** I purchased a bundle of products and I personally didn’t like the electrolytes. However people love them so don’t be put off by that comment I’m fussy! All the other products were amazing. Customer support advised me to add more water as the taste is always a personal preference. Pure sport swapped them out for a product I preferred without any hesitation. Would highly recommend such an honest and helpful company.

A Happy Puresport Product User
I have been using Puresport products for a few years now, having been recommended the CBD balm and roll-ons by a Personal Trainer. You do need to use them regularly for them to be effective, not as a reactive afterthought - just my opinion there. I have the two products on a subscription, and although not budget items I am happy to pay the cost - they do work and they last a long time in terms of how many applications you get out of them. The customer service is excellent, and I am happy to recommend Puresport to others in search of effective treatments for muscle and joint aches.

Great Service from Jessica!
Had an issue with my order missing a Water Bottle.
Sent an email in and within 45 minutes I recieved an order confirmation to say my bottle was on the way. Also recieved an email shortly after from Jessica informing the same. Great service along side the best Gels and Electrolytes i've used!

Great gel
Love the flavour of the berry gel; it’s not overpoweringly sweet compared to other gels. Smooth, fairly liquid texture so makes it very easy to consume on the go and it was easy to open! Not so sticky that it sticks your lips together either. All good. I took the gels every 30 mins on my long run today and I never felt under-fuelled. I felt energised and strong right to the end. Happy to report no gut issues either! I will be using these gels for my next marathon.
I had a slight issue with the delivery but received excellent customer service from Puresport. Would highly recommend.

I ordered creatine sachets for travel from Amazon, where the package was damaged and I received less than half of the sachets within the box. The team was very accommodating in understanding the issue and resolved it by sending another box. The customer service is fabulous where the email responses are prompt and they make sure about customer satisfaction. The creatine itself is 100% pure and fulfills the nutritional requirements. They have elegant packing and the product works as intended. I highly recommend this brand. Thank you team for your continuous support. You’ve found a loyal customer.

Pure sports Electrolytes and Gel Review
Bought the ultra electrolytes, and variety pack of gels…recently used one packet in my 500 ml flask, and also took one citrus gel after 45 minutes of running my long run of 8 and half miles, and finished feeling stronger than usual, I’m running the bath half on the 15th March so will definitely taking 3 gels but using them every 30 minutes along with zipping the electrolytes drink. Really liked the taste and had no stomach issues and felt really good the whole way, can highly recommend, and the real test will be bath half marathon LFG!!!!
