Great products and exceptional customer service
I have been subscribed to Puresport’s electrolyte service for a short time and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the customer experience.
The electrolytes taste great, mix easily, and have become an important part of my routine. I’ve noticed a real difference in my hydration and recovery, particularly around training and longer runs.
What really sets Puresport apart, however, is the quality of their customer service. I recently reached out via social media to make some changes to my subscription and was assisted by Kate. She was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient, she understood the issue straight away and resolved everything quickly and without any hassle.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only offers excellent products but also provides such a high standard of customer support. A huge thank you to Kate for her outstanding help.
Highly recommended.

Good products and understanding customer service team.
What I really like about them is that I, first of all, really really like the product, particularly the Unwind product, which is really useful for me. I have quite real struggles with anxiety and it genuinely does help me drift off to sleep and unwind in the evening whilst I'm reading a book.
What is really impressive about the company, though, is not just the product. When I've had to change product or pause the product or cancel something, there's been no fuss. Really helpful, they've gone out of their way to be supportive. They accidentally sent the wrong order once, which is totally understandable, but in return they let me keep the wrong item and sent me a complimentary free item as well, which shows really, really brilliant customer service. You can really trust this company, and Eliza, in particular, was really supportive over email, absolutely fantastic service. Couldn't recommend them enough

Regardless of the product, I have never been disappointed. From fantastic quality apparel, through the best (by far) electrolytes on the market and products aiding my recovery. I would recommend this to everyone. Also the shipping is super speedy which makes making orders even more exciting.

I recently made a return order, but the refund never came into my account. After waiting a few weeks, I decided to reach out to CS. In the short time I’ve been with Puresport buying their gels I have no regrets in swapping this brand from an a brand I’ve used for a long time. I can buy the gels from a local shop where I live.
