Highly recommend
First of all the salesman that came to my house wasn’t a salesman.. he was an advisor .. didn’t pressure me or upsell me anywhere.. advised me perfectly. I had spoken to five different companies and John in PV Generstion was by far the best. Advised me on all the products.. what he felt I needed and more importantly what I didn’t need. The installation was seamless.. 12 panels and an inverter installed in 5 hours ..and the installers were lovely people and cleaned up after themselves ..slight hiccup with the install date which they fixed very quickly .. couldn’t recommend them more ..

Great company to deal with. Considered our usage before recommending a set up. The team of installers are polite, professional and very clean. The easiest process from start to finish.

From start to finish PV Gen were very professional and easy to deal with. I got them to install panels on my house and farm and the work was very neat and well thought through. The lads didnt just through panels on the roof and move on. They explained things very well and had an interest in what they were doing and we made changes as we went along to suit what we needed and to get the best from the panels. I would

Very good workmanship.

Highly Recommended – Excellent from Beginning to End
Our experience with PVGEN has been excellent from start to finish. From the initial solar panel installation through to the battery installation, the team has been outstanding at every stage.
The work was carried out professionally and efficiently, with great attention to detail. Communication was clear throughout, making the whole process smooth and straightforward. A special mention to the office staff, who were always friendly and helpful.
Overall, the standard of service and workmanship has been excellent, and we would have no hesitation in recommending PVGEN.

they try to sell you the least included…
High prices low quantity of items and so low value .they try to sell you the least included of items ....no battery, smaller number of panels, no change over switch, no eddie but yet charge a lot for the brand Hauwei ( Chinese...) I got all these above J M Energy Savings with 21 Solax panels ( 7 more than PVGEN ) for 12k.
with grant. they were over 17k for the same ( Huawei Brand) They sell with high sale commissions to drive sales over the line. They say the cheaper providers will fold up ...etc.
they did not want to sell even a 5 kw battery inirially, so I could not use the battery power saved during the day for after dark at wvening time -but wanted me to buy it off the Grid instead and be charged for Grid jusr as before ? I wanted to produce day sun power inro the battery for night use and not buy from rhe Grid at all if piossible bar the standibg charges ,when my credits from my export return to grid supply buils up.
Also if the ESB bills are in 2 names you get double tax free relief of 400 euro each annually .
Pheew -. That God I wasnt walked into that quote no bang for my buck- too expensive for what you get got 40% cheaper wirh Solax Brand..also note.some differenrt solar panels for sale direct on internet for juat 170 euro each...fitings rails extra .Shop around.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company
Absolutely terrible company. Only wish I could give negative star rating. Had the sales rep call me an hour before arrival, spoke about why I wanted solar. He asked if I had other quotes, said I did and had another survey that week. He then didn't want to call and said if he gave me a quote today it was only valid for 4 days and would change every week due to costs and expenses. Immediately I rang the company who said quote was valid for 31 days. He called, only looked at the roof, no wiring cabinet, fuse board etc. I asked to be quoted for 20kwh batteries/Changeover Switch/ev charger/Eddi Diverter. Got the quote a day later, only 6kwh batteries, none of what I specifically asked for and with a picture of my roof with with solar panels installed on the north facing side. Complained to the company a few days later who said someone would contact me about my complaint and haven't heard a thing from them.

New Builds more important than existing customers
Your level of customer service is appalling !!!!
We nearly 6 weeks with an ongoing issue we’ve been pushed from Billy to Jack and back again .
I’m diabetic and need access to hot water and we have to switch on our heating to heat our water this simply isn’t good enough given the cost of oil at the minute !!!!
Every time we ring the customer agent says she is going to escalate it but that you are very busy with “new builds” so who is looking after existing customers ???
We are on our second Eddi unit in 3 years first one gave up the ghost so we were advised to upgrade which we did and only got 11mths out of this unit so my advice to anyone thinking of using this company …… D’ONT !

Seamless Install
The install was carried out on a day severe bad weather - everything was completed in one day with no fuss.
As an electrical contractor myself for 20 years - I congratulate them on the quality of work
Would 100 percent recommend them to all of our customers.

Company very good to deal with, gave good advice and direction when I was unsure of my options.
All staff very pleasant and professional, all of the lads who came to instal were very prompt, efficient and clean. Everything was done in a timely manner, everyone was very clear with explaining details etc. A great experience with obvious savings already
