We’ve now had the Pivot for more than 6 months and we’re still as impressed as we were on day one. It’s removed the need to go to the gym (and reduced the amount of excuses available not to work out!). We rarely use the room with the bed, but is great when needed and allows us to use the space a lot more often than if it was just a standard guest room. The communication and updates during the kickstarter campaign, delivery process and for any queries has been great and I really wish the Pivot team all the best and all the success as the product rolls out further. All I want to know now is how do I get it to a new house in the future because I’m definitely not leaving it behind! If you’re considering this purchase, you won’t be disappointed - go for it and don’t look back!

The PIVOT bed has completely revolutionised my home workout routine. I was an early backer on Kickstarter and throughout the extended (and not exactly uncomplicated due to wider world events) production process Col and the team gave us regular updates and explained timeframes.

Even post-delivery, the team has continued with after care - addressing my questions re installation and also sending out replacement parts where needed (due to user error installing rather than things missing).

I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who wants the benefit of a full on free weights/squat rack set up at home but doesn’t have the space to have a permanent gym. This room now operates as a gym, spare bedroom and home office. Definitely worth the expense when you think of how much money and time you will save on gym fees/commuting to the gym - there’s no excuse now!

I live in the Netherlands in an appartment and we wanted the spare room to be used as a guestroom but also as a homegym. So this is perfect because of the murphybed and squatrack combined.

What stand out is the quality of the Pivot bed. It is real sturdy and all the parts are propper.

Even the delivery didn't have any spare room, nicely on one big pallet and all the parts propperly packaged. Installing the Pivot myself wasn't a big challenge, but it does require some basic knowledge of how to handle tools, no real powertools needed except for drilling in the wall (or floor if you prefer) to secure the frame.

While in use, the Pivot is competing with the big guys like Rogue equipment. The squatrack is sturdy, the pull-up bar feels good and nearly to no movement unless you shake it hard with intention. All the accessories are realy good too, like the spotterarms, J-hooks and the weight plate storage. Everything is there but scaled down a notch to fit into a small room. My room is 4,50 deep and 2,44 wide. Fits perfect and when people stay over they have a very comfortable bed.

Love this product and I can recommend it to everyone who wished to build a homegym and still keep place for a (spare) bed. It looks good, feels good, is good.

I have the lite bed. You would not know that it can just flip it to allow pull ups, dips and a space to perform press ups etc… It all sets up in seconds. There is no fear of a bar falling, damaging a wall or rusting outside in the cold. I can now get a quick B/W in before using my Kettlebells… or going for a run.

The bed is built like a tank. It is incredibly over engineered which if you are serious about regular use is essential. I am just under 100kg. The bed itself is brilliantly comfortable so on all counts a great purchase. I also have floor mats and this allows space to do foam rolling, use an Whipr rower and other things with out disturbing anyone in the house.

I was looking to utilise my spare room as a home gym and have the ability to host when guests stayed and this has proved the perfect solution.

The bed itself is brilliant, it creates space when up and can be converted to a bed in a couple of minutes. It offers great flexibility and is incredibly sturdy when used as a gym.

I've had many compliments already and it ticks every box I was looking for.

The construction of the bed takes time but the instructions provided are very good and when I had a query, the team responded within minutes to clarify anything I'd missed.

I cannot recommend this product enough and have a huge respect for the team at PVT for putting something so impressive together.

I was moving house just after lockdown so wasn't ready to return to the crowed gym yet plus the gym near my new house was very expensive. Pivot was the perfect solution as i didn't want to loose my spare bedroom to a gym in case i had people staying over. Colin was great and really helpful, i still speak to him now, The whole design is so sturdy and well made, you can really see the quality which i was slightly surprised about, its better than you get in some gyms. Overall i'm really impressed and would highly recommend it.

What a fantastic idea and product!

I had a spare room that was only used occasionally so that room is now my gym, I just fold down the bed when I have visitors to stay.

It's incredibly well made and I've had no problems at all.

I've even bought some cable attachments and added a small pulley wheel so I have the option of pull up bar, dip bars and cable machine.

Colin and his team have been fantastic, amazing customer service.

Although it's a big investment I no longer pay £500 pa gym membership so it will pay for itself in a few years. No more travelling to the gym either.

We live in a relatively small 2 bed city flat, which means we need to make the most of all the room we have. Pivot has been a game changer in allowing us to turn our spare bedroom into much more than a bedroom.

To start, the the quality of Pivot as a bed is incredible. It’s solid, perfectly built and incredibly comfortable. No creaking or movement in the frame, so it ticks all the boxes here.
Next, there’s the gym - it’s amazing. The thought and engineering that has gone into every little detail is something else. It puts other brands racks and gym equipment to shame. It’s incredibly solid, well balanced and holds a hell of a lot of weight. The add-ons are great too, allowing us to store our plates and bar bell as part of the bed - everything is just so slick and tidy. Even after adding all this extra weight to the bed it is still so easy to lift and get into place thanks to the lifting arms.
Then there’s the extra room Pivot gives us back, which is invaluable. It allows us to use the room for much more than just a bedroom or a gym.

The team are great as well. Really transparent and super supportive.

I really would recommend going for Pivot.

I stumbled across the PIVOT Kickstarter campaign on the Indigogo crowd funding website because I was searching for a bed that could be raised out of the way to provide an exercise space in our small bedroom. Battling through Brexit, Covid and supply issues due to the conflict in Ukraine, Colin and the PIVOT team have somehow delivered an extremely impressive piece of gym equipment that not only offers a workout space, but provides a heavy duty barbell rack, pull-up bar and dip bar station. It's sturdy enough to facilitate serious heavy duty weight lifting and resistance training at home, and lowers down to make an extremely comfortable well made bed which will last forever. I can't recommend this product enough. It's an awesome bit of kit.

It’s been nine months now since Col and Patricia installed our Pivot bed and we have embraced life with a home gym in our spare bedroom! It’s a fantastic bit of kit, amazingly sturdy and the bed is very comfortable. It was on my husbands wish list, he couldn’t be happier, but I can’t believe how much I get out of it as well. It’s great to have a bench tucked away under my spare bed for dumbbell exercises, deadlifts have become part of my regular routine. The storage solutions for the bar and weight plates work perfectly and it’s easy to setup and tuck everything away again. We also attach a punch bag for a bit of variety in our workouts. Oh and the headboard looks great (we opted for the H line in silver). The customer service is fantastic, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We could not help but feel that our guest bedroom was a waste. We needed the bed for visitors but the room was used so infrequently. We now have a home gym that can become a bedroom. Now the room is used every day.
The space created is used for weights, yoga and HIT.
The product itself is easy to use and of high quality. Very sturdy, I’m over 100 kg and have complete confidence the pull up bar / drop bars will take my weight. The mat means we can do HIT exercise next door to sleeping children who can’t hear the movements.
The headboard and bed are also stylish.
As for Pivot Fitness, they have great customer service. Real sense they want you to enjoy the product and get the most out of it and they have been great before and after sale (we retro fitted the mat).
I can recommend this product and company. Changed the room and having a dedicated space to workout removes a barrier to exercise.

We backed Pivot before Covid and ended up waiting a full year. We almost gave up but I’m so happy we didn’t! When Patricia & Colin turned up on a rainy Sunday morning to personally install one of the very first Pivot gyms we immediately knew they meant business. Everything was installed within 3 hours and that evening we cancelled our gym memberships. Craftsmanship & style are outstanding and our tiny spare room is now an office AND gym. The rack actually feels sturdier than the one at my local leasure centre!! Some days I only get 20 minutes me-time which wouldn’t be enough to head to the gym, wait my turn for a bench, etc. Now even 15 minutes are enough for 40 pull-ups and a couple of squats. All our friends are jealous and several of them already ordered their own. If you’re still hesitating: DON’T! Best decision we ever made. Thank you Patricia & Colin.

I love my PIVOT bed!

As a bed and as a gym it’s excellent.

The pivoting mechanism is so easy to use, that it’s not a chore to convert it, which means I use it every day.

When in bed mode, it’s a perfectly normal looking elegant bed, except it has the strongest frame you’ve ever been on! And then, after a gentle push and a click, you have a solid gym in the middle of your bedroom as if by magic, turning a room that’s normally useless during the day, into a fully functional workout room. It’s hard to convey how useful this thing is, specially for those of us living in small flats and houses.

Add to that, the excellent service provided by the company and it’s hard not to recommend it.

If you’re thinking about a Pivot bed, stop and buy it now!

I can't compliment Pivot enough. From the kickstarter, to the installation by the CEO himself, they've communicated throughout. Then there's the bed itself, what an amazing solution! I have a solid, fully functional gym in my one bedroom flat, how incredible is that!

This device basically created an extra room in my flat.

The PIVOT was the answer to my small flat & no gym access & recovering from injury problems!

Probably the world's most sturdy bed (not a single creak!) which flips up into a functional gym, complete with squat rack, dip and pull up bar, it is a genius invention.

An early backer of their Kickstarter project, I have received excellent service from the team throughout the process and I wish them all the success they deserve.

The product is utter quality down to the last nut and bolt and has been designed with usability in mind. Over-engineered it might be, it is absolutely solid, feels safe and an incredible piece of kit to have in the home.

Honestly, come nuclear war, earthquake, or missile attack, it is the PIVOT that I will be sheltering under!! 😁🙌🏼🙏🏼
