Jackie Cartmell - Efficiently handled the request for the ex-tenant to contribute to the cost of damage to a door. She obtained a repair quote and arranged what was due, to the satisfaction of the ex-tenant and landlord.

I cannot praise all of the staff enough. As a landlord and a property seller they are professional, friendly, always do whatever they can to help and keep me advised with whatever is happening. Jackie has recently been dealing with a lot of remedial work for me and she has gone above and beyond.

Kirsten is excellent. Responds very quickly to maintenance issues, keeps you informed and ensures repairs are carried out in a timely fashion.

We drove up all the way from Plymouth to Norwich which is around a 7 hour drive to view a property in lime tree Road.. I told the office and Chris who showed me around please let us know asap if we have been successful in our initial application. Phoned them several times to let us know one way or the other but they never had the courtesy to phone back despite our polite requests . Just very poor communication and doing the polite and courteous thing after having driven so far .. Finally found out through right move the property had been let Disappointing customer service . A phone call was all we asked
