Excellent experience buying a property sold by Pymm & Co, Leon Ramsden was brilliant and kept me super up to date on where the sale was and was instrumental in progressing it so we were able to complete very promptly! Top notch communication and customer service, which you don’t always find when dealing with estate agents. It was very much appreciated. I will be using Pymm & Co to sell my own property too. I have had my time wasted by Becca Ogle who appears no to know what she is talking about regarding Business insurance cover. I was told by her my insurance was 'Perfect" then apparently not.... Even though we work with Norfolk county council and Essex university with it....

They did not answer my questions and simply replied saying to call them and did not sign the email with their name.
I did an email enquiry because I wanted a written response. If I wanted to talk on the phone I would have called.

I disliked being called “darling” on the phone, by Tia. It was my first ever call to this office and I have never spoken to this lady before so I was rather taken aback to be addressed in this way.
I didn’t like it and hopefully this lady will take my feedback onboard and not speak to total strangers in this familiar fashion in future.

Our experience with Mel was excellent. She made every step seamless and completely straightforward for us. Such a stress free experience can’t recommend Pymm and Co enough
