Wow! Amazing customer service and amazing craftsmanship! First hat came with the wrong fitting and the seller was really helpful in fixing it! ! I would recommend and buying again!!
Very nice and they added a crossbody strap which I requested.
I was told it be arriving Saturday now it's being delayed till Tuesday. I made plans to be here when delivered. Now I'm set back another day. This was a anniversary present now I'm stuck waiting on the item arriving time. Wasted my time and celebration. I'm upset cause the company States 3-5 business days now waiting on my 6 days and still hasn't arrived I expect the company to follow up with partial refund for the delay and the miss information that was input in the terms. I want this issue resolved.
I decided to return the shoes (Snakeskin Loafers for Men) for the following reasons:
1. Size is running small, it's rather 9 or 9.5 US or 42 EU.
2. Shoes do not have any indication on size and their brand.
3. Awful smell that comes from the sole.
However, they didn't provide return shipping label which is not in line with their return policy. So in order to return it I have to pay about the same amount or even more than I paid for the shoes. After spending a while for communication and getting rejected all the time I decided to share my feedback here and on their website. I hope that potential customers will find this information useful before they buy anything from LFM (Indonesia)
