I would like to raise an even more serious concern regarding risk management.
My total capital of ₹20,000 was eventually wiped out.
At no point was the trade forcefully exited or risk-controlled by your system.
Even when 50% of the capital was eroded, there was no intervention, no advisory call, and no risk-based exit.
Is algo trading meant to completely exhaust a client’s capital without implementing capital protection mechanisms?
A professionally designed algo strategy should ideally include: • Defined stop-loss per trade
• Maximum daily drawdown control
• Capital preservation logic
• Risk alerts when capital reduces beyond a threshold
If sufficient margin was mandatory for activation, then risk control should also have been mandatory when capital started eroding.
Additionally, once my capital was significantly reduced, your team could have: • Deactivated the strategy
• Advised capital protection steps
• Paused execution
Even you are taking 30% marginal profit from us, you didn't give intrest in clients capital rather than collecting profit sharig.
Instead, the capital was allowed to go to zero.
From a client’s standpoint, this reflects not just a communication gap, but a serious risk management gap.
I respectfully ask: Is algo trading designed to grow capital systematically, or to allow capital to become zero without safeguards?
Given that:
The service did not generate meaningful activity for 13 days, you people didn't ask either add funds r take lead. Is there no safe guard trades not available in NSE market to take at least one trade in 13 days.
But you post every day even market down fall out algo get profits.. how it possible.
Capital protection mechanisms were not visibly implemented,
My full ₹20,000 capital was wiped out,
I strongly reiterate my request to refund the ₹7,000 algo subscription fee as a matter of fairness and responsible service conduct.
I am still open to resolving this professionally.

Thank you for taking the time to respond again and explain your concerns in detail. We genuinely appreciate that you’re keeping the conversation open and constructive.
First and foremost, we understand how this situation feels from your side. When you pay for a service and do not see trades being executed, it naturally creates disappointment. Your concern is understandable.
To clarify, the ₹7,000 was indeed the subscription fee for activating the Index Algo strategy. The strategy requires a certain minimum usable margin in the trading account to initiate positions. Without sufficient available capital, the system cannot place trades. This requirement is part of the onboarding communication and mentioned in our service terms, but we acknowledge that perhaps it was not emphasized strongly enough in your specific case. For that, we sincerely regret the confusion.
There was no intention to accept a subscription without enabling the service. The limitation arose only because the existing capital had already been impacted by earlier trades, leaving insufficient margin for Index deployment. When we suggested adding capital, it was not to shift responsibility but to enable the strategy to operate as designed.
We also want to clarify that the subscription fee is non-refundable as per our terms. That said, our goal is never to create dissatisfaction. We are reviewing your case internally to see if there is a balanced way forward that feels fair to both sides.
You mentioned that no trade was taken within 13 days. From our perspective, trades are executed only when market conditions and margin requirements align with the strategy logic. We do not force trades merely to show activity, as that would go against disciplined system-based trading.
Mr. Satheesh, we value every client, and we do not wish for this situation to end on a negative note. Let us connect once more and go through the documented communication together. If there has been any gap in clarity from our side, we are ready to address it responsibly.

I have been using Q7Tradingsolution for the last 1 week, and the team has delivered consistent profit for the whole week. Initially I was skeptical about the platform, their performance, so i started with small capital. But given their consistent profit for the full week, i have double my capital and have gained their trust. If anyone has trust issue, I will advise them to start small and see the benefit themselves, and then try big. The good part, it is a profit-sharing service, and I have full control of my account.
Update as on 15th Oct'24:
Lost all my capital of 1.5 lacs in 16 days. They dont have any Stop Loss for their trades, and they dont have any risk management policy. Made profit on first 4 days (25k), then made series of loses of 160k. Given their profit generation of 1st week, opted for Fusion and AlgoGold. Both are crap.
If you want to lose money, opt their service. They attach some fake screenshots in the group of their algo's making money, it's fake. They dont allow you to manually exit also (as per their policy and they have high trust on their stupid money-losing algo.)
I clearly asked them if they have SL policy, which they said YES, but in reality, it's NO. In BankNifty they have exited at a loss of 95%, in Options, on average, they exit on average of 63%.
They will give you some bullshit explanation of why they are best, in reality they are crap.
Below is the response when I asked them about my lost money,
" The Algo takes option calls only. You already know the max amount you can lose even in any unforeseen incident.
Moreover, in every trade, it won't cross more than 3k. Target is minimum 5k. Usually 15k to 20k we would book. So, the risk reward is 1:3+ Overall from past performance, Q7 Algo has been able to maintain 90% accuracy. So even if Q7 Algo loses one, in the next call Q7 Algo will recover double than what we lost. Utmost care is being taken to preserve the capital. Moreover, our business grows depending upon your Account's growth, so our sole focus would be to make you profitable. If Q7 Algo makes a loss, Q7 needs to cover up the loss, make profit and then only profit sharing would resume.
Q7 is a full-time time firm and unlike Excel sheets, Q7 has been uploading real P&L of the accounts, that's only possible when you know how to manage your risk. Being a trader, it's not possible to make profit every time, but we lose less when we're wrong and earn more when you're right. That's how successful trading works."
Basically, if u want to lose money, sign up these scammers. They said, per trade, they will lose 3k, in reality, per trade on average, I lost 36k, and per trade I made profit of 6k.

I have made a agreement withQ7 trading…
I have made a agreement withQ7 trading from Oct 3rd, I invested around 1 lakh for their Algo trading.
Finally they have made a loss of 89k including( Registration fee and commission of 30% which we need to pay from profit). I am attaching all the trade details, you can see they will keep profit margin less and loss margin will be high.
One of the worst part is incase a trade is going up to -19k or -20k and against if it comes till+5k they should manually exit but they wont do that, till it goes to -15k they will wait and close the trade, I have attached the details for reference.
Don't trust them and also way they respond to your messages its very horrible. what ever you say and ask they will simply tell please check the agreement thats it.
Highlight is in the telegram group they will get the profit position and they will post that with some wording and those are not written from users they only write those thing, these I came to know after seeing my own winning position wordingly.

During the initial period of your association with us, the algorithm did generate profits for your account, and things were moving in a positive direction, I hope you will not deny this. Unfortunately, the broader market conditions changed sharply soon after. The recent slide in the rupee and the resulting market-wide decline affected many portfolios across the industry, not just ours. This phase brought temporary drawdowns in several client accounts.
At that point, our team genuinely requested you to stay invested, as the losses were still within a recoverable range and market indicators were pointing towards a possible reversal. However, you chose to terminate the link between your demat account and our system in early December.
It’s important to mention that shortly after this, the market did stabilize and our system went on to execute profitable trades for clients who continued with the algorithm. While we understand this may feel unfortunate in hindsight, it also reflects the reality that trading systems work best when allowed to operate through full market cycles.
Regarding the concerns raised in your last paragraph, we would like to respectfully clarify that those claims do not reflect how our system functions. Our algorithm follows predefined logic and risk parameters, and trades are not managed arbitrarily. We also do not fabricate client messages or profit narratives in our groups. Transparency has always been a core value for us, and we are happy to provide verifiable data whenever requested.
We’re truly sorry if our communication felt inadequate during a stressful period. We are a growing team and continuously working to improve our responsiveness and support quality.
