I have used them on and off for a number of years, They are absolutely the best at what they do for my line of work, Harlie was the agent who delt with me and she had my product and all the docs set up and emailed to me in minutes.... Got straight through to Qudos, renewed my policy without any issue. This was after previously telling them I was not going to renew (this wasn't due to me being unhappy with them, I am making my company dormant and possibly retiring☹️).
