I had a specific question to ask the insurer regarding the cover as requested by one of the companies I would be providing my services to.

I got to speak to an actual person - Harlie - who was able to answer my question and email the contract wording to me directly that covered the specific point. I was then able to send this directly to the customer.

QDOS have provide me insurance for past 5+ years and always been helpful with questions and clarification. Only once have I had to use them and that was a group communication not a claim. Efficient service always for renewals and this year was the same from Harlie McKeown.

I needed to get hold of urgent copies of Certificates and the consultant I chatted with, Rebecca, was extremely efficient and helpful.

Really easy to use and competitive pricing. Cancelled 1 week into the direct debit payment but was able to cancel with immediate effect and no further payments or admin fee - thats good in this day and age and all done through online chat too. Very happy.
