We had a very active wasps nest under the eaves in our attic. Quick Pest Control turned up exactly on time and neutralised the wasps nest very quickly. They then came back two days later to remove the remnants of the nest and clean the whole environment.

We had mice and Quick Pest control came in about an hour after I phoned. Two weeks on and it was really worth the investment - we went for hygiene and filling of holes and in our recent check up, we’ve had no further signs of mice activity. Shoutout to Jack who has been amazing, super attentive and reassuring and he made sure each hole was filled. Great service all round and definitely worth spending the extra to completely pest proof your house.

I think this firm are fraudsters. They came to my home and charged me £2,460 for a 5-6 treatment mice deterrent plan where they said they would put down poison traps and come each week to replace them then at the end seal up all the holes so the mice could not come back. They then proceeded to seal up all the holes on the first visit and left no mouse traps. They also told us that the pesticide they were using was safe for our pets. When it became obvious these guys were a fraud, we got Rentokil in who said the pesticide they are using can cause secondary infection, potentially killing our pets if they catch an infected mouse - that using poison is archaic and all professional firms use radar traps which are much safer - and by filling in the holes on the first visit, the mice get stuck in the cavity walls and floorboards in my house which is going to cause bad smells and attract flies for months to come. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I used Quick Pest Control in South London (Norbury) for an ant infestation at my property and I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received.

I have never worked with such a professional pest control service. It was worth every penny. Not only that, there was an issue putting my dishwasher back together, and they had the decency to fix something that was not their responsibility, but rather an issue caused by my builder, and they did not charge me for it. A very honorable trade, excellent staff, and people who genuinely care about their clients and their services.

On Friday I discovered a mouse and was understandably very worried. I called early in the morning and spoke with Hassan, the surveyor, who immediately put me at ease. He has such a wonderful and calming telephone manner and kindly arranged a same day appointment, which was a huge relief.

Hassan arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and professional. He talked me through the whole process clearly and reassuringly, which helped me feel much calmer about the situation.

Shortly after the inspection, Motasim arrived to carry out the work and I genuinely cannot praise him highly enough. He was extremely thorough, professional and friendly, and it was clear that he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job properly.
