I’d like to give a special thank you to Q Performance. I don’t normally write reviews, but I can proudly say that buying a car from them was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in to viewing the car, the service was exceptional. The owner was understanding of my circumstances and went above and beyond to make everything easier for me. A very professional and well-run establishment — highly recommended.

It has been a truly wonderful experience buying a car from Tanny and Naz. Two nicer people you will never meet. Tanny is very humble, warm, wise, helpful and friendly. There is no hard sell what so ever, just a commitment to giving you a superb buying experience. Very comprehensive and detailed photographs, with an accurate description of the car’s condition and all questions answered enabled me to confidently travel up from Devon. I was picked up from the station, had a wonderful chat, looked through the vehicle’s historical paperwork, before having a long test drive.
The drive back to Devon was superb. I have a stunning car and am delighted with it as I know I could not have done better. Q Performance has a wonderful stock of very carefully selected used cars. I would encourage you to contact them, I definitely will when we are ready to change our next car.

I rang the guys at Q performance last month enquiring about one of their cars that took my fancy. From the initial phone call, test drive, and filling out the paperwork and warranty, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I must say say that these guys are so different to what I have experienced in the past buying a car. Very polite, extremely respectful and professional. I bought my car last August, everything is still running fantastic and I haven’t had any problems at all apart from replacing the front drivers side tyre, so when they reached out to ask if I could leave a review. The answer was yes!! I would be glad too as they really deserve all the good publicity they can get.

Superb experience from the very beginning, all the way to collecting my car a few days later. It's the first time I've ever purchased a car without looking at it 1st. Its was a very nervous decision but the salesman Naz made it easy and relaxed. I'm very happy to say the car was exactly as it was shown in the advert, and exactly as it was described in the description. It drives like a dream and Naz gave me a 12 months warranty with it too. I am over thr moon with my car ans I would 100% buy again from here without a second thought. I would highly recommend everybody to use Q Performance limited. I can see why they are so highly rated everywhere.

I genuinely don’t see myself buying a car from anywhere else now. Q Performance Ltd, and especially Tanny, gave me a level of service that’s just rare these days. You can tell straight away how much pride he takes in his business and it really shows in how he treats you. He goes the extra mile without hesitation.

I recently picked up a BMW 5 Series from them and the whole experience felt smooth from the start. Tanny was completely upfront, showing me the small imperfections right away so there were no surprises later. After that, he gave me space to properly look around the car inside and out in my own time, with zero pressure.

When I arrived, the car was exactly where it should be, not tucked away, but ready to go, spotless inside and out. It made a big difference not having to hang around. We took it out for a proper drive and he encouraged me to get a real feel for it, which I really appreciated.

After deciding to go ahead, I left a deposit and sorted the funding from home. In the meantime, Tanny arranged an MOT for added peace of mind and kept in touch throughout with updates. He was really flexible around collection times, and even kindly picked me up from the nearby train station, which made things so much easier.

On collection day, we sat down in his office to sort everything and had a great chat at the same time. It didn’t feel like a transaction, it felt personal, like dealing with someone who genuinely cares about your experience rather than just making a sale. That’s a rare thing to come across.

I’ve had the car for about a month now and it’s been faultless. It’s quickly become my pride and joy. Knowing there’s also a 12 month maintenance warranty included gives that extra bit of reassurance too.

All in all, Q Performance completely removes the usual stress that comes with buying a used car. No pressure, no worries, just a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. And it’s not just me saying that, their other reviews speak for themselves.

I’d been searching for the right car for quite a while and had visited a few places that didn’t give me much confidence, so I was a bit cautious going into this one. I spotted a car on AutoTrader and decided to give Q Performance a call. From the first conversation, they were helpful and informative, which gave me a good feeling.

When I visited, the experience was even better. The staff were welcoming without being pushy and let me take my time looking around. The car I came to see was exactly as described—clean, well presented, and clearly looked after.
