Alhamdulillah very happy with my car. Halal cars made the process very easy with good communication and customer service. Sunna and the team went the extra mile to get all the paperwork complete by my preferred collection date. Would definitely reccomend for anyone looking to avoid paying interest and will definitely use again in future. Lots of duas for the team.

Was skeptical at first but saw the reviews so thought I'd give it a try. Since applying I've received 1 text message and 1 email for some information. However, since then for the past 2 weeks I've been trying to get in touch via all their numbers I can find as well as email addresses I can find for them. None of the numbers go through that I've tried nearly every day and not a single reply to any of my emails that I've sent to all of their known email addresses. Don't even know yet if a hard search has been done on me after applying and providing my information. In my humble opinion and experience I'm wondering if any of these reviews are actually genuine and if the company is legitimate. Don't even see any replies from any staff memebers to the negative comments. Would stay away.

Since then have received a call today advising that they've got new management and a new team. They're currently working a back log now but I will receive a call back in 2 weeks or sooner if possible should I wish to continue. Will see if I have my car by then as its already been a while waiting for this call and have found other companies who offer the same service so not sure if I'll get to go ahead and then give a review of my experience with the new management and team but if I do I'll be sure to change this review, be it better, worse or the same.

Got a car picked out and then worked with Ali and Shabir to get the finance sorted who were very friendly and professional. I needed the car before a certain date and they went above and beyond to make sure it was dropped off to me in good time. Once the finance was sorted I originally needed to go to the finance company's garage for check-ups (for my own good to make sure the car is safe and not faulty) an hour and a half away to pick it up, but due to my circumstances this wouldn't have been possible so the brothers at HalalCars did me a massive favour and drove an hour and a half to the garage and back and then brought the car to me themselves and handed it over very professionally and ensured that if I had any issues to contact them. Will definitely work with them again when I'm buying my next upgrade in sha Allah

Had good communication all the way through.i had good credit scores and they was a bit slower in response but I’m happy as I got to purchase my car for my work .

Very poor service - I called this company numerous times at the end of 2023 and was told the systems were down, but would receive a call once they were back up. I did not receive a call. I chased at least 3-4 times. It's almost like they don't want business. I finally gave up waiting for a call and filled out the form online and at the end it says you will get a call - Did not receive a call then either. I was eager to source a car using this company but the shoddy service has definitely made me NOT want to use this company, and I will continue warning others. Do not bother wasting your time.

I had been looking for a car for some time and was using their service for regular quotes. I felt sometimes that I was sending them a lot of cars but it was great to see that the customer service from them was amazing! They always gave me a quote in a timely manner. They were very pateient about explaining about how the whole process works once you have decided on the car. It did not feel like you are dealing with a company but felt very personal and catered to your needs which I loved. Once I decided the car, they were swift with moving the process along and guided me with the best options. Lots of duas for the business as I believe that there is a need for this and may Allah shower this business with more blessings. Ameen.

Alhamdulillah I’ve had a very positive and excellent experience using Halal Cars. Brother Hamzah and brother Shabbir were very patient and helpful all through the process. I was considering purchasing a new vehicle on contract hire, however didn’t like the aspect of not having anything to show for the money that I paid over the 3 years. My brother mentioned halal cars to me and I spoke to a few people there, which made it quite complicated until I finally spoke to Ali who was absolutely brilliant. He was so trusting and made the whole transaction easy and stress free. Yes he couldn’t pick up the phone sometimes because of staffing issues, however he did explain this which again made it easier. I asked for him to transfer the money to me over the weekend, which was difficult for him as banks don’t normally work on the weekend, however he trusted me and put the money straight into my account which made it possible and convenient for me to pick up the car on Sunday.

I would highly recommend using this company if looking for an interest free way of getting a car on halal pcp.

I would give 10 stars. Within three days the car was in my possession. Br. Hamza and Br.Shabir made all my work so easy. I would definitely recommend Halal cars to anyone who needs a quick service in a Halal way. This is my first car finance. And I never thought the process would be so easy. Lucky I was in the best hands. And my advice to anyone looking for finance, whether Halal or not, go for Halal cars.

Finally - inexpensive Halal car financing in the UK! Great way to get any car with Halal finance, it was breezy. You don’t have to pay interest using the usual PCP or HP, this way. Works out the same cost or even cheaper than interest plans. Just pick your car, get a quote. All sorted in less than a week. Very nice team as well. Highly recommended for all those who want to avoid haram interest and the more we use them the cheaper it will be for all of us over time ia.

Alhamdulillah would highly recommend to anybody looking for their next car the Halal way. Hamzah and his team secured my car within 24hrs from the first call! Still surprised how quick the turn around was. Will definitely use them again إن شاء الله
