Paul and Dan were extremely helpful and accommodating each step of the process, providing insight whenever needed and going above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and I’m extremely happy with the finished product. I can't speak highly enough of Quality Diamonds and Daniel at the Hatton Garden office.

In late 2022, I was looking at engagement rings and had no idea where to start. By chance, I stumbled upon QD, and their consultation service offers a chance to talk things through and better understand what we were looking for. Daniel was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable and even shared his own personal stories, which was so helpful for what can be a difficult and pressuring experience in other stores and salespeople. He accommodated us as we needed 2-3 meetings and time to explore our options. We narrowed it down, had the diamond shipped over, and even got a Halo setting for a great price, and the delivery and quality were incredible! My (now) fiance adores her ring!

Fast forward to Feb 2024, we are looking at wedding rings, and I had complete trust Daniel and QD would come through again. We found the perfect wedding ring well within our budget, and placed a deposit that same day. Daniel even offered to polish the rings before our big day.

I can't wait for the wedding ring to arrive, and I am excited to continue working with QD and Daniel in the years to come!

Quality Diamonds, have been so unbelievably efficient with sourcing my ring, when I needed to return it to have it resized and re engraved due to the resizement they did it with no hesitations, they even payed for the cost of me returning it to them. When I sadly said I was going to need a refund on the ring after all as my partner and I split up they were happy to accept the refund. I have felt truly looked after through this process of sourcing my ex fiancé's wedding ring. Would truly recommend and will be returning to them for more purchases in the future. excellent service! Beautiful engagement ring, high quality and fairly priced. I initially found QD through their excellent website and so had in mind which setting I was looking for. One weekend in December I was in Hatton garden so I called to ask if I can come in and Daniel Ferragamo booked me in with a few hours notice. From the start Daniel was very professional and highly informative regarding what to look out for in a diamond for maximum brilliance. This was a refreshing experience compared to that of other jewellers on Hatton Garden high street. Daniel was always very responsive to emails and questions I had. Before long I had picked out a stone and setting which was ready within the promised timeline during a busy Christmas period. I couldn't fault the initial buying experience and guidance from Daniel. After the proposal the ring required a resize in early January which was carried out and delivered to us via tracked post on time, as promised.

Up to this point the service had been excellent but I reached out to Daniel because I felt the ring shank was a bit thin and the overall shape was different after the resizing. I was concerned that this could affect structural integrity long-term. Daniel happily offered to send it in to the workshop to have the ring built up, which I was delighted about. However, I was a bit disappointed to have left the ring with them for almost a week whilst being told different things by the team. In the end no further work done as they deemed that the ring was in a normal condition post-resize. Perhaps there was some miscommunication but it felt like it was a bit of a waste of time and an apology for this hiccup would have gone a long way. Due to this, I have dropped a star from an otherwise 5/5 experience. Overall, I still recommend QD and Daniel for purchasing diamond jewellery and would consider returning.

I am so pleased I found this company, weeks of trawling eBay and the Internet for a quality 2nd hand ring with the 4 C's in mind had left me none the wiser.... Found QD and decided to use their ring design and order feature on the website, within an hour I'd chosen the metal, style, cut, size and budget, so easy. Paul and Amber were great with their communications, professional and friendly, if only all companies were like this. The ring arrived today, wow, its a beauty, even nicer than I'd expected, well done QD.
