David, very kind, responsive and patient, visited our new built house two weeks ago. He spent more than 3 hours to do a thorough snag with his very professional and knowledgeable way. He pointed out a lot of things that we did not notice, never aware and will likely miss. Evening on the same day, he produced a clear report with the details pictured and recommendations, which is very impressive. Following his report, the builder already started to work on it. Beside of his snag, David also provided kind comments and generous offer for further help/advice, which made me feel peace of mind. I'm more than happy to highly recommend David to those who need his service.

David from Quality Home Check recently came to snag our new build home. Although our new home is built to a really good standard, David picked up on a lot of snags that we had not notice. David produced a very thorough and clear report that we have been able to pass on to our builder, with any snags photographed and circled. David was very responsive and flexible to my request for a snagging report on a new build I had bought. The developer said that the report would only raise cosmetic issues, but in fact it raised crucial fire safety issues that needed to be addressed before moving in.
