Ordered a product and Chantelle was extremely helpful to ensure we were happy and product was delivered, excellent service, well done Chantelle.

Every time I sent a message I was answered almost immediately. Really helpful with this issue we had with our airflow machines. They have gone as far as sending someone to our practice to help with our issue. Gary was very professional, very friendly and answered every one of our concerns.

The sales department is so helpful, going above and beyond to assist. Fast and efficient delivery. Able to get the parts we needed the next day to keep things going. Highly recommend. Many, many thanks.

I made an error when ordering which was picked up by the sales staff who then called me to help correct the order. Always very helpful and informative.

Very good service, from placing order to receiving it.

I bought a DURR pump from Qudent. Placed the order on Thursday, got the goods on Monday morning. Couldn't be a better service than this. Also they have matched their price with the lowest online prices. Totaly happy.
The person behind all that was MIss Chantelle. Thank you so much.

Great service, quick sale and delivery and suportive with any questions aftersale.
Thank you very much!

Chantelle in the office couldn't do enough to help. The service was amazing and the items arrived super fast.
Amazing service!

Great service and support from Chantelle in buying dental equipment. I will use them again and recommend to others

Quick delivery and high quality product. Thank you.

Excellent service throughout transaction.

Qudent have provided me with three PT-B Woodpecker air polisher units. They have worked really well compared to our previous units supplied elsewhere which suffered with all sorts of problems and hindered us as a practice trying to change our hygiene routines. Gary, Jamsheed and the team provided quick responses to enquires and a competative bundle for multiple units . I would certainly recommend their services over the bigger name suppliers whos customer services have been declining

Qudent offers a decent range of products and helpful customer service. Chantelle was responsive and supportive during my purchase, providing timely updates. However, there were some initial issues with product functionality that required extra effort to resolve. Delivery is fast, and the products are good quality overall. A mixed experience, but manageable.

Fantastic customer service. Very proactive. We had to send back a flowspray unit for repair and they then promptly sent all the labels. After sending the unit back, they called back within a few days to offer us a free replacement.

Excellent customer service, the product i ordered had some issue and the customer service was quite helpful and replaced it with a new one. Satisfied customer 🙂

Nice product.Looks solid too.Used it and was satisfied.Product was delivered on time too

They arrived on time and in good condition

Advert said buy 6 get 6 free
But we were sent only 1 free

My purchase was for very little money, but, despite that, your team treated us so very well, and we would want to use your company again.
