I appreciate the fact youbalways get exactly what you order. The delivery time is fast & I rarely have any issues. Great range & competitive pricing. I like the amount of description added, just enough to check that everything is what is needed & works with the other items well or not. It makes the whole process smoother. Would recommend & will be back to purchase again.

Excellent selection of products, professional customer service.
As someone who seldom writes reviews, I was genuinely impressed by the excellent customer service at VSDent. The range of dental products is impressive and competitively priced. When I faced a minor issue, their customer support team was swift and helpful. Swathi kept me updated every day until the problem was constructively resolved. Hats off to the customer support team. I would highly recommend VSDent to anyone looking for high-quality dental equipment at a reasonable price, backed by outstanding customer service. My personal thanks to Swathi for her professionalism.

A shout out to Swathi. I had bought a small instrument, low in value. It was faulty, I called the customer care and Swathi responded immediately and followed it up till I got a replacement. Customer service is something, which builds trust and speaks volumes of the ethics of the business.
They have lived up to their name - Value Service.
