Terrible company to deal with, no customer service
Tried to return dress as not colour i ordered. Thought this was a UK company and easy to return. Finally got a return address after weeks of being ignored to find out it's China & going to cost me approx £70 to return. Raised a section 75 claim but it's been declined by my bank. Can anyone offer any advice please 😡

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SUSPECTED SCAM. I tried to cancel an order the day I placed it as the delivery was too long and would arrive after I needed the dress. I had an email saying they would try and cancel. It arrived anyway and now they are ignoring repeated attempts to request a refund. I also had several attempts to use my card details to make online purchases from China in the days after the purchase and I strongly suspect that is connected. I have had to cancel my card.

Purchasers beware
If zero stars were available this I what I would have given queerdancer.co.uk first thing to know about this company despite the .co.uk url this company operate from China. Whilst the dress was not bad quality it took 27 days to arrive which was 15 days over the 9-12 days delivery as stated on website!! Customer service was atrocious- emails requesting information on delivery status were not answered timely (up to 8 days to reply to email) the tracking code was useless and gave no indication of where in transit the dress was. Returns policy is a joke. The company decide if they will accept your return and then you pay for privilege to return!!! I will never use this company again and warn any potential purchasers to beware

Wish I could give no stars
Wish I could give no stars. Absolutely awful product. I contacted them for a returns and refund as per their policy, every day for a week from when I received the order, they ignored every single email. I have raised a section 75 through my credit card and they contacted my bank to say that I’d never asked for a refund. So they lied. I provided all my proof of emails sent, and the case is still ongoing. Been a very stressful and worrying time as we are all feeling the pinch with our money. DON’T order from them.

I ordered 9 dresses, with a view to returning any items I did not want. They arrived late, so none have even been opened, thus sending straight back.
The return system is non existent, no response to countless emails sent.

My step daughter just bought a dress for her prom.
It arrived, however it was not the right colour as ordered and poor quality.
She tried to contact the company but without any resolve. She has also been on the chat and some dong and dance story that they were away at present.
I have now taken the step of getting involved.
I’ve emailed Queendancer to return it and I was wondering why I got no response. I’ve just read other reviews and I’ve realised that I’m not going to get one. There are numerous people who have had the same problem. The return policy is ridiculous and it’s obviously a scam! The company was advertised as Queendancer uk, but I was suspicious of the delivery estimates, so I looked and it’s actually a Chinese company, so DO NOT buy from them, you definitely won’t get your money back!
We are still going to try and get a refund, I can not understand why these companies get away with it, perhaps trading standards could try and shed some light on the problem as the evidence is there in the reviews.
Anyone wanting to use this company PLEASE BE AWARE.

Awful service
Awful service - my tale is the same as those below and I wish I read them before I purchased a jacket from this site. It arrived after 3 weeks and too late for an event i was attending. I never received an email confirmation from them so despite them taken over £100 from my bank, they will not confirm the order number or tell me how to return the jacket.
