Bought a dress for my upcoming prom and then saw all the reviews about the website being a scam and was really stressing about it, messaged the helpline to ask about shipping updates as I hadn’t had any for about 4 days and they got back to me pretty quick, about a day or two later the dress was shipped out, the dress came in under two weeks in good condition and for a good price for a prom dress, very satisfied thank you x

Order a dress from them.
Dress was not at all like it looked on the picture, more like a rag instead of the dress.
Contacted them, they are very reticent in accepting return.

This website is a complete scam and a con. I purchased a prom dress from the website and when it came and it was poor quality and poorly made so I wanted to return the dress and request a refund. Initially an employee who goes by the name of ‘Marin’ was helpful and kind regarding my issues with dress. After I packed the dress to be sent back, they refused to go through with the return and didn’t allow refunds. I have sent dozens of emails, no response. As of now, I have lost my money and stuck with a poor quality dress that I don’t want. Please do not purchase from this dodgy website.

Absolutely awful experience, still havent received my refund for a dress that was mis sold , and when it arrived was way too small, and i proved it fell short of their sizing guide, with photos of measurements i physically couldnt get it on despite sizing up!. They have consistently offered me insulting refunds of less than 50% of the price paid, despite it not being fit for purpose. STILL trying to get my refund that im entitled to.... horrendous experience, total rip off and fraud. NO customer service at all. RIP OFF

Awful! Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Took ages for delivery and had no idea it was coming from China, no returns! Do not buy from this website!!!!

This website is a scam. It misleads you to thinking it ships within your country. Everything is coming from China, you'll pay a high shipping price which only mentions in the small print that includes an additional 12 day "processing time". My garment took over a month to be delivered. I was provided with no delivery updates. It was left on a public road outside a closed warehouse a month after purchase (due to such a late delivery being over Christmas holiday). It was never received by myself and they will not refund. If I somehow manage to locate my lost parcel, I will have to pay to ship it back.

All the positive reviews here are very clearly written by AI. This company is a scam and will take your money and if you are lucky enough to receive any goods, I'm sure the quality will be very poor and overpriced.

Horrible experience! I purchased two dresses in size US 12 for $260. Im usually a US 10, sizing is completely off for US market and the dresses were very small, more like a us 6-8 size! I initiated a return immediately, they gave me such a run around make sure. you send us proof of shipment. I paid for FedEx and returned the dresses. They refunded me ONLY$190! They charged me for shipping the items initially plus a restocking fee for purchasing two dresses and returning both. So I basically lost $100 including my FedEx return postage. These ppl are here to rip you off do not order from them.

Appalling service.

Delivery offered is misleading. When items finally arrived and I tried to return the customer service team offered me a £3 refund - I had spent over £80, £18 of which was for a speedy delivery which did not happen.

When I explained my situation regarding cancer treatment and the impact this had on my return of the products - I received a repeated over of a £3 refund.

Awful company. I would definitely not recommend them at all.

This is my second review I am in total disbelief at these people the emails have been going back and forth for over a week now! I have supplied EVERYTHING asked of me and every morning I wake up to another repeated request of information I have already submitted!!!!! They are asking again for photos showing original labels and sizing of the dress THERE ISNT ANY THE GARMENT ARRIVED ALL SCRUMPLED UP IN A PLASTIC BAG WITH NO LABELS!!!!! I am now in conversations with my credit card company in order to get my money back. This is the most stressful ridiculous company I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with. I get messages overnight requesting the same thing over and over again regarding the information I supplied in the first place! I CANT SEND PICTURES OF ORIGINAL LABELS OF SIZE OF GARMENT ETC BECAUSE THERE WASNT ANY ON THE SCRUMPLED GARMENT I RECEIVED!!!!!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISGUSTING

I recently bought a dress off the website. Unfortunately, it was too small. I had the pleasure of dealing with Melody in customer service. She was extremely helpful and clearly explained the options to me. Even when I changed my mind about how I would proceed, she remained very professional and patient throughout. Thank you so much again Melody.

The dress did not arrive when it was promised to. The dress was not true to size. It was at least 2 sizes too small. The return process was a nightmare! I did not get a full refund and I had to pay a lot to ship it back. I lost over $40 messing with this company. The package did not have any paperwork with it. I had to go back to email to find a way to correspond. Many emails later I finally got an address that I could ship the item back to. I still have not received my partial refund. I have been dealing with this company since October 15 when I originally order the item.
