Joined deposited £50 through bank transfer and lost, no problem. Then I’ve added £150 again through bank transfer and it’s nowhere to be seen, have been told it will appear in a few mins, then within 24hrs. In my 15+ years of gambling, I’ve never known a deposit to not be instant.

Oh and on top of that the site crashes non-stop.

Update: Deposit appeared on the account as declined and was told it would be returned to my bank within 48hr. 4 days later no money returned but £150 appeared in my Queenpay account.

Website is a bit laggy, but they have a good selection of games, from classics all the way to Slingo.
