personally any casino who has as many BAD review comments as Queenplay one should not walk but run away from quickly.

I wish I had read the reviews before putting money on this site. I played last night and got a feature up on one of the slots, midway through it it froze so I spoke to their customer services and was told there was a technical problem and to play it again today. I logged back on today and it had still froze so spoke again to their customer services and was told they had referred it to their technical dept and will take between 10 and 20 days to deal with. Sounds like a scam site and hopefully will be shut down soon I have reported the site so don’t waste your money !

This Casino is one of the worst. Not only its one of the Aspire Global Group which only allows one welcome bonus in one Casino of their whole group, they also take ages to verify you if you won something there, so you lose all if you go on playing there. Support tells you it takes 2 days to verify. after 3 days if you ask them they say they will send it to the responsible section. After 6 days you ask for quicken it up and suddenly the support itself can verify you in a few minutes. Looking forward how long it will take to withdraw in hope I cancel it.

Deposited 10 pound and forgot I decided to spend a few months later and never give me my promotion and said they can't help at all nothing they could do not very helpful steer clear of these they just rip you off and say nothing we can do

They kEep on asking fOr documents which I send them. Now they want my bank statement with my photo next to it. I have never been asked for this by any other casino.

Absolute scam sent me bonus in email so i made a deposit to be told they decided not to alloow me the bonus but i can play with just my own money or withdraw my deposit but would have to pay a fee for the deposit and withdrawal costing 2.25. If they do this to enough people could make a fortune.

Currently experiencing issues with a larger win. I will update if i receive it and give an honest review. Previously never any issues but currently not very happy with how it's being delayed and lack of emails from them/ no response . I am always fair and will give an honest review of the site if i receive my winnings that I won fair and square with my own money not bonus money. I signed up as there was a bonus offer for 200 free spins. I deposit £10 and get charged 25p to do so. Then I'm told that the bonus has not been applied to my account. I ask why and the customer rep (Anna) says she cant give me an explanation. So I go to take my money out and they try to charge me another £1. I ask for my money back and they say that its written into the Ts&Cs that they charge. When I find the terms they are taking about it says "we reserve the right to charge" not we will will charge you for every transaction. Guys in my honesty, this is the worst site i have played on for many years. I personally wouldn't reccomend this site as I think it is a rip off. Any site will tell you that winning is about chance. Maybe it is but I've never ever played a game on a site where I have never had a bonus game especially at 40p a spin. Your chances of getting the bonus is higher the lower you bet.
