Good app and great support
Easy to use and safe way of investing. The app works really well, and has good advice and info. Support area also very good and responsive, when I had a minor issue with the app not working, Support and the Dev team kept investigating despite this seeming to be isolated to me, and resolved it within a day.

The Quilter Invest app provides a clean, user-friendly way for clients to view and monitor their Quilter investment accounts. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to check portfolio values, recent transactions, and performance at a glance. Navigation is intuitive, and the app presents key information clearly without overwhelming the user.
From a functionality perspective, the app works well for day‑to‑day visibility. Clients can:
View valuations and performance charts
Track contributions and withdrawals
Access documents and statements
See how their investments are allocated
It’s designed primarily as a monitoring tool, rather than a full‑service investment platform, so features such as trading, rebalancing, or making changes to investment strategy are intentionally limited. This keeps the app simple and avoids the risk of clients making unadvised changes.

Trade wasn’t placed, so spoke to customer service who had never heard of Quilter Invest and that they didn’t offer this service and only deal with customers who have financial advisors.

Thank you for sharing this - it sounds like a very frustrating experience, and we’re sorry you were given confusing information.
It appears you may have reached the main Quilter Customer Service line rather than the support team for the Quilter Invest app. Quilter and Quilter Invest are part of the same group, but we operate different services, and the advisers you spoke to would not have visibility of Quilter Invest app activity or trading functions. That’s why they advised that they only deal with customers who work through financial advisers.
If you ever have an issue with a trade or anything within the Quilter Invest app, the best route is to contact the dedicated Quilter Invest support team directly through the app or via support@quilterinvest.com where we'll be able to help straightaway.
Easy to sign up and get verified.

When the issue remained other solutions were suggested which worked The very helpful Joy stayed for over an hour to help me which I thought was exemplary service.
I opened this Isa around three years ago and have received good results the app is simple and fun to use and would recommend wholeheartedly.
