Chinese website, but not US as declared
Website is declared as US, but all data is transferred to and processed in Mainland China. Did not receive purchased product for weeks. Customer service does not reply to requests after purchase.

Great quality product
Great quality product, I would say it's better than the overpriced options I. The market. I would give 5 stars if they clearly indictated the shipping times, as I saw a few days but realistically it took almost 2 weeks.

The adhesive did not hold when applied…
The adhesive did not hold when applied to the underside of a shelf. Even after cleaning the surface, it repeatedly came loose. It may work better on flat upright surfaces, but it was not effective for overhead use. As a result, the light falls down daily!

Ordered in July 11, till now (Sep 4) not received!
Order was placed on July 11, and until now I did not receive the package (Sep 4). First there was issue with the stock, then it was my address (they claim that they contacted me regarding my address, but I didn’t receive any message, and I wouldn’t know if I didn’t contact them).
Overall, worst experience by far.

Katastrophe
probleme die rücksendung zu beantragen und kundenservice braucht lange zum antworten. außerdem bekommt man das produkt aus einem deutschen lager, muss aber die retoure selber bezahlen und nach china versenden. sehr ungewöhnlich.

Defective product and customer support doesn't respond!
Customer support does not exist! I got a defective product and I haven't been able to get a response or any type of warranty support through any of their communication channels available in their website (mail, contact form, or chat). This is very disappointing, as the product is completely useless without a replacement or fix, and they won't respond at all!
