Have both the q600 and the blinds and they work well within the app and home assistant. Needed a little help with support and the WhatsApp support channel was quick and helpful also.

Fantastic product. I managed to use the previous wall brackets which made life easier. The one line instruction videos were magnificent. A proper English guy who knew exactly what he was talking about. That alone makes a change! Needed a few extra gliders - no problem they arrived within a couple of days. Thank you. I have heavily pleated curtains so had to connect the sliders with light cord to make them close maintaining the pleats. Job done. Product great. Instructors can’t be faulted. Service excellent. What more can ask for?

The curtain motor does not respond to the signal from the mobile app. Support has been useless.

I love this product and have bought it several times. I wish you could buy Swave outright instead of having to buy a standard set and the S wave separate. Videos are easy to follow. The whole assembly is easy to use. I found attaching track to a dry lined ceiling difficult has the attachment screws and plugs are basic. Also I wanted a swave from the right only and no video for this

Easy assembly, followed the youtube video instructions and fitted. Great results, works perfectly.

Great product, works well and easy to install

The finished product was great and has revolutionised our lives but the journey was tough. Fitting curved rails was almost the straw that broke the camels back.
This was the last home project to future proof our home. As two old people trying to fit was very difficult and not for the faint hearted. We did it but would urge anyone to get some professional help. The video where Ok but not brilliant!

Now with 5 sets of track and very pleased with the results. The video made it reasonably easy to follow but 2 of the tracks were nearly 5m long so needed 2 people to construct. WiFi easy to connect & so slick to use. Only disappointment was that I had to buy more runners at £20. Fortunately I already had wall brackets from previous tracks & it wasn't too difficult to adapt the fittings. Don't understand why they assumed everyone needed ceiling fittings?

Great product! I have tried some different brands at the past, but this one does what it promises! The battery easy to charge and lasts ! Really does! It is almost silent! I have set mine on timer and It just works smoothly! The app integrates better than other Motors, you can see the battery level and set even limits. It is worth the money! The gateway is 3 rooms away and works great! Customer support is great as well! Thank you for correcting my mistake!

Best product on the market Quoya automatic blinds.

I purchased two sets of curtain tracks and need extra items and help. I was impressed by the excellent service I received from the staff. If you're not sure about these curtains then buy them. Ours are set to close at sunset & open at sunrise. They are perfect.

I had purchased a Quoya curtain track for my bedroom and was very pleased with it and have now fitted one in the lounge. The videos for assembly are essential and so easy to follow. The motor is silent and automation to close or open for sunset and sunrise are easy to set up. Great products.

A great system with 1st class customer service

We recently moved and wanted to have electric curtains as we were aaaaalways arguing who’s gonna close them in the evening. Must say we are impressed. You just need to carefully follow installation videos and that’s it!
If you want to have the wavy look of the curtains, I suggest you look at all the videos first as you need to put the gliders in BEFORE you finish up with installation … unfortunately we didn’t know this at the time :(

Great product. Well made and motor is very quiet.

I have had the blinds controller working for a few weeks now and am still impressed with how it works. I've had zero problems with it and the battery is still at 90%. I can definitely recommend this and for ;lightweight curtains too. Mine is working perfectly with a 3.1m curtain rail.

Let down by an app which is not very intuitive and confusing labelling (open =on, closed =off).
It has taken a couple of months to get my curtains to open and close when I want!
