Très très mauvaise expérience avec plusieurs problèmes. Sur le produit : 1) non conforma à la description 2) Batterie qui se décharge aléatoirement donc non vérifié 3) reconditionné avec des composants bas de gamme. Sur le SAV, 1) ne resoud pas les problèmes en se cachant derrière de formulations polies qui à force deviennent moqueuses .... 2) Impossible d'avoir une facture conforme à la législation (pour éviter d'éventuels poursuites)

A very disappointing and frustrating…
A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
We purchased a phone and received a faulty device right out of the box. To make matters worse, Amazon refused to offer any real support. They told us to return the phone and wait up to 14 days for a response.
After doing some research, I discovered that this business operates under two different names: QwikFone and Gadget Store. That immediately raised red flags. Many other customers have shared similar negative experiences — including not receiving refunds because the seller either claimed the phone was never returned or accused customers of damaging the device, leading to large deductions from the refund.
The entire process feels shady and untrustworthy. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

Rotten company
Rotten company, avoid like the plague please. The phone they sent had a battery that would drain rapidly. When I returned the item, they claimed it was scratched. They sent a photo showing a scratch that could not have happened in transit. It was securely packed and I checked over both sides of the phone before sending back. Highly unscrupulous and good at fabricating a story to back up their claims.
It would have been impossible for the phone to be scratched as it was put in the cardboard box holder that was tight.
This a highly fraudulent company, please avoid as it will lead to frustration and having to deal with liars.

Good communication and support during return process
The phone came very quickly but wireless charging function wasn't working. I returned the phone and the replacement had different issues in that it periodically crashed and became very warm. The second phone was also returned and a refund has been issued. The returns process and communication was always good and I would use them again if they had the phone I wanted in stock.

I ordered a phone from this company thru backmarket I had it 2 weeks and the touchscreen stopped working so I sent it back straight away they tried denied my warranty which backmarket dis agreed with I'm nw waiting to even see if I get a refund last Wednesday .. 2 weeks the phone stops working and they have no remorse disgusting company. And people I have seen many reviews on this company bad ones which state the same so I would definitely stay well clear I still have no phone and I am down 220 pounds but this is how these people make money sell dodgy phones get u to send it back to not refund you and keep the phone

I have been a loyal customer of QwikFone for the past 5 years, and they have never disappointed me! I recently purchased a refurbished phone, and just like my previous purchases, it was in amazing condition—practically like new! The quality of their refurbished devices is top-notch, and I can always trust them to deliver reliable products.
Their customer service is fantastic—always helpful, professional, and responsive. Every time I’ve had a query, they’ve handled it efficiently. QwikFone truly stands out in the refurbished phone market!
The only small downside is that, despite my long-term loyalty, I’ve never received a discount or voucher from them. It would be nice to see some appreciation for repeat customers. However, the quality of their phones and service more than makes up for it!

Avoid them poor customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with QwikFone. The staff at the counter were incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. To make matters worse, their email communication was frustrating—responses were vague and did not address my questions about the repair. It felt as though they were either completely incompetent or intentionally avoiding giving a clear answer. I expected better service and transparency, but this experience has left me thoroughly unimpressed. I would not recommend their services.

bought a macbook from back market and…
bought a macbook from back market and it was locked. domain locked to the USA the orginal owner was from a school in texas im guessing as thats what the access settings were locked as. sent the item back and they’re not giving me my money back. im waiting to be refunded. i would not like the item returned to me as your complaint is that the find me is on icloud but i never even got to the settings when setting up the macbook so it cant be my icloud. i dont want a newer item i want my money and if it isn’t resolved in 2 bussiness days as per backmarkets policy i will be going into the shop in north acton in person and contacted the small claims court for my £485 pounds

Third phone I have purchased and as usual and excellent service, super quick delivery and perfect phone. They did send the wrong charger for it but a new charger arrived the very next day. No hesitation in recommending.
