Nice place, very good restaurant, good breakfast. Charging went well, although the power of the station is very low.

Traveling with EV vehicle, nice place to quickly search hotels with EV stations, and they provide easy payment options to book and confirm.

Havn’t as yet visited but if the ev charger is available it would have been great. Unfortunately my new car is not available until the day after we return from holiday.

I was sceptical at first but everything worked out just as it should. Still only 4 stars to motivate the team to keep improving

The charger never completed it’s work. It failed to charge our car and cost us a two hour delay in our trip.

Going by EV through Italy and Germany, I booked 2 hotels through r3charge. Calling the first confirmed reservation as running late for check in we were persistently informed that we had no reservation. Trying to contact R3charge we realized that r3charge has no support number. If booking through r3charge you are on your own if something goes wrong.

We continued to the hotel rather frustrated believing that r3charge.com could be a scam and not knowing what to expect. It turned out that the reservation was ok. However, the phone number of the hotel in the order confirmation and on the R3charge site probably is wrong. How good is that?

A day later, arriving late to the address of the Acom Hotel in Nürnberg there was not any Acom Hotel, but a hotel called Premier Inn! The hotel receptionist informed us that it was years since Premier Inn took over the hotel from Acom and he could not find any reservation. At that point our frustration over R3charge was high, as R3charge was impossible to reach and sloppy for second time in a row beyond what is acceptable about providing correct information. However, mentioning to the receptionist that I had asked for parking with EV-charging, he managed to find a reservation with help from another staff member.
This turned out ok in the end, partly because we were persistent and partly being lucky meeting helpful receptionists. The frustration though, over the outdated/erroneous information in the order confirmation provided by R3charge, over total lack of support if something goes wrong and over being put into awkward situations twice of eventually not having any hotel to stay in, is not forgotten.

I spent ages selecting a hotel, registered went to pay only to get a message saying my booking had failed. I gave up

My husband and I found a great price on a hotel in the French Quarter with an EV charger.

Got a great deal going through r3charge.
No problem with payment or reservation.
The invoice showed the reservation was made via Berlin not that that made any difference 😀.
Will definitely use them again.

Everything worked out Fine and we were able to charge our car. The hotel was great.

When we arrived at the accommodation there was no record of our booking. There was a very kind receptionist who was really helpful and managed to find our booking, but it took over 20 minutes. Not sure if that was r3charge fault or the hotel but a tad frustrating.
