The information was wrong and the price you take very high. When we arrived at the hotel, they wanted us to pays, although we already had paid to r3charge.
Havn’t as yet visited but if the ev charger is available it would have been great. Unfortunately my new car is not available until the day after we return from holiday.

No charger available/not reserved as option selected.
Hotel was fine and good price,,I booked because I could charge at the hotel and opted to reserve a charger for when I got there however, when I got there there was a petrol corsa in the EV charger space and no reservation. Hotel were not linked to the charger, it was just in the car park on site so they could not do anything to help either. Defeated the object of booking that hotel really, as I had to get up even earlier than needed too (was catching a flight) to have the car charged for when I came home.

We double checked with the hotel and reassured ourselves that is has indeed plenty of its own charging points at the facility. We cannot say what exactly went wrong and why you had the information that they are not linked to the charger. Dear Brian, we are very sorry for your unpleasant experience but you booked a hotel with public charging nearby not with its own charger. We offer both on our platform and it tells you for every hotel whether that is one with a public charger nearby or its own facilities. Sorry again for your experience, we are constantly improving and will use this incident to try and improve the way we communicate which hotel has a nearby charger.

Very convenient
We were happy to have our hotel in the Alps equiped with a charging point. The next public charger was located 20 km away.
Will definitely book again for our next trip.
