I loved my first pair of shoes from RAAD shop so much I had to get a second! These shoes are comfortable, stylish, and I LOVE that they are individually hand-made. When I ordered them, I was told they would come within 3-6 weeks. Each shipment came in just under 3 weeks, which was such a happy surprise! The company is great with communication, too! Definitely will be getting another pair from them.

I have 2 of the high tops in tie dye print and they are soo cute! Quality of the shoe is great and can’t believe how comfortable these are. Like seriously, so comfy i can walk in them all day. I’ll definitely be getting some more. Do yourself a favor and Get these shoes!

Got the Samurai ones. They look great but are not as comfortable as expected. Still happy with the purchase

I love my hightops. I bought 4 pair with motivational gym quotes on them which goes perfectly with my Personal Trainer’s uniform and gym clothing. Super cute and very good quality. 😃

I got a pair of the low-top white rubber style shoe, and it is truly an amazing design. The rubber itself is very thick and high quality, and the print on the shoe has great color and detail. Overall I am very happy!

This company went above and beyond to fill my order. It truly is one of the honorable sources online. Because it was quite a big purchase to order sight unseen, I long deliberated, but the photographs of the shoes, along with positive reviews, seemed authentic, I ordered a pair of high tops for my son's birthday. Since they would be coming from afar, I assumed they might not arrive for a long time, and I ordered well in advance.
They arrived quite quickly, weeks before the birthday. When I shipped them to my son, almost a month later, he loved them, but reluctantly confessed that they were a bit snug, and one size larger would be better.
More than thirty days had passed since they were delivered to my home, but I explained the reason for the delay in my request to exchange them. The Raad customer service immediately was obliging. The second pair arrived swiftly and my son is delighted.
What's more, Raad made the return of the first pair painless.
An added bonus is that the original purchase came with the promise of a second pair free. I ordered a pair for my daughter-in-law, for her birthday. (I hope she will not yet see this review, but expect she will be delighted too.)
I am going to order another pair soon, now knowing that if a person tends to wear a half size, it is wise to order the larger, rather than the smaller size of Raad shoes. (If I successfully can upload the photograph he sent, I will.)

Very Low Quality.
I did the buy one get one for hats for a total of $40, so essentially $20 per hat, but these hats ended up being so cheap looking, that I wouldn't pay more than $5 per hat if I saw them in a store. Also, the color of the main hat I wanted was many shades off of what was displayed in the picture. It was shown as a neon teal color, but the actual color on the hat was just a light blue

My experience has been good! The shoes fit well, and are comfortable to wear. I receive compliments daily on how they look! Lightweight, flexible, and the pad inside the shoe make it easy to wear all day.

I love everything about RAAD shop! Their products look awesome. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. 3 for me and one for my daughter. I've always been hesitant about shopping online. So when one of the pairs came slightly too small (which is always a risk with online shopping), I was worried that I might have to accept wearing some ill-fitting shoes. But RAAD made it so easy to get a replacement pair. They all fit and feel great. RAAD customer service was awesome! Thanks RAAD!

Thrilled with my Raad shoes! The quality of the print is super and they are really comfy! The design is a real head turner! Love it! People ask me where I got them. I'll be ordering again soon!

J'ai commandé le 10 août 4 paires de chaussures et reçu ce jour le 3 septembre.
1 paire offerte pour 1 paire achetée et 2 autres paires en montantes.
Très content du résultat et taille bien. Pour homme c'est limite en 43 dommage qu'il n'existe pas un 43 1/2.mais ça va.
Concernant les imitations Dr Martins, elles sont jolies mais font plus plastique que cuir. A voir dans le temps mais madame et moi sommes heureux de la commande.
Le suivi marche bien jusqu'à l'arrivée en France où ça stagne 1 semaine et hop ça sonne a la porte sans suivi particulier.
Rien a redire sur le site, le choix et les couleurs. Beaux design en tout cas sur les chaussures.

I was looking to purchase some shoes here for a while and when I finally got around to ordering them, (realising of course that they are coming from overseas, and during a pandemic) I was excepting the wait times to be months on end. However I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they would be here in 4-6 weeks, and they arrived in 3.
I also LOVE the unique designs on offer and the exceptional quality of the prints on the shoes. I’m looking forward to standing out in the crowd!
My family is also quite jealous of the designs and I have a feeling we might be placing another order very soon!
Not too sure about the other negative reviews, but my individual experience with this store has been nothing but positive, I will certainly be recommending them to friends.

FAKE PLEASE AVOID. They absolutely stink of chemicals and definitely not dr martens. Luckily PayPal helped me. Please do not buy from them or let them bully you when you ask for a refund

The Mrs. just received two pair of shoes, and I gotta say, I'm pleasantly surprised. She loves them, probably a solid 8-9/10 on the quality scale.

We've done the random online apparel route before, the wish.com type places and all that. The quality was much better from RAAD.

I will say, we put our order in with the understanding that it could take a very long time, based on other reviews of all rating levels. Ultimately it took less than a month which not bad imo. I mean it's slow compared to Amazon, but most things are lol.

I highly recommend RAAD.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, I order sandal received yesterday in a plastic bag and even a box, but are too small, contacted asking how to return, got offered 5% refund and to keep sandals, said want full refund, then got offered 10% refund, said again want full refund, still awaiting answer, got another email stating that it will be a long wait for return and cost at least 20usd to return they suggest I take 10% and keep the goods
