Better than my Converse! Fantastic shoes! I have 5 pairs now. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars was the first postage was very slow though I was expecting that.

I received my two pairs of Raad shoes today. One had a gorgeous print on it that looked exactly as the online photo. The other one, of cherry blossoms, was cheap looking and not well printed. When I tried on the shoes they fit, but both of them had a major crease in the fabric on the top of the shoe that would not straighten out no matter what I did to fix it. The top of the heel part of the shoe bends over as you put them on and takes lots of work to get it back up and laying as it should. When I looked at their return policy it stated that the shoes are "special order," so therefore they do not have to allow you to return them for a refund. I'm not sure how a shoe that is listed as an offered style is a "special order." A reputable shoe company would be happy to take a return if a customer was not happy with their product. As a huge shoe lover, I am always on the look for new and unique shoes. I purchased 2 pairs and would have purchased more in the future had it been a positive experience. I see why there are so many negative reviews for Raad.

EDIT AFTER RAAD REPLY: There was no confusion. Your return policy does not allow for customer dissatisfaction for any reason. I fail to see how you can call your shoes custom when I chose two designs that you offered on your site for sale to anyone. Choosing a size does not make it custom, nor does simply stating that it is custom. I have messaged RAAD directly and after their initial reply asking for pictures, there was NO response after the pictures were sent as requested. Why is it so difficult to allow people to return a product they realized they don't like once they get it?!

I submitted an order following a Facebook advertisement that said they were in Canada.
Once I realized the funds were drawn in US dollars, I immediately requested a refund.
The company said I had 24 hours to submit for a return. They claim they didn't get my first email which is time stamped 15 minutes after the purchase. They waited for the transaction to clear with my bank on Sunday before initiating communication with me. They replied in line to the original email and the second email I sent in line and asked for a screenshot of the original email. They said they were waiting for the factory (which we all know is not true) to issue permission to process my refund. I know that this is not true because it isn't hard to find the information online that they're having the orders manufactured with a third party in China. Which means the authorization for returns lies in the hands of the RAAD shop only.
I am taking this to be a fraud and will be filing a complaint with consumer protections and my bank and providing all documented communications if I do not recieve the funds

My order number 199325 and placed an order and it comes with a promo free second shoe! I was only able to order one and the second one was not an option on their site so I had to complain ! I still did not a place to order a second shoe, color and size and their orders take 3-5 weeks for delivery so I hope they return to me immediately! As a lawyer that deals in fraud cases and malpractice suits I’m eager to see what the outcome of this company turns out to be or else they can deal with a fierce law firm on their back !

/EDIT I sent them an image from their own website showing the boots as BOGO. This company is a SCAM.

Claim to do a BOGO sale then say it doesn't apply to the boots when it is plastered all over every boot page. TOTAL bait and switch and completely illegal.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Product is as expected; I ordered the black and red anime girl sneakers. The shoes are printed to order and smelled like the ink or dye used.
Customer service was also exceptional. The agent Phebe was responsive attentive and helpful. Shipping took the estimated time given in the order. Processing took a week. Credit card was charged immediately (no delay in processing card payments) which gives me peace of mind that there is no guessing on when I will be charged.

Over all highly satisfied.

I was able to take advantage of their BOGO sale, and ordered a pair of hightops and a pair of comfy boots.

I did my best to assess my own shoe size, but ended up needing to exchange for a half-size larger. I emailed their customer service, and they were able to help me, and mailed me another pair in the correct size for free. They did not require me to mail back the incorrect-size shoes, so I'll probably donate those.

The designs are beautiful, and the comfy boots definitely live up to their name.

The shoes take WEEKS to arrive. Only after you order will you get the email that says it may take 5 weeks to get your shoes. I travel extensively and am gone for months at a time. The shoes will sit on my porch until they're stolen. If you want to wait a few months for shoes, go for it. If not, DO NOT BUY! There is no reason for a product to take a month to arrive ANYWHERE.

When will I get my shoes? The tracking number saying it's still in China, since February 7th of 2024. In just curious on how long it will get here?

I got my shoes today and I'm so glad that they look and feel great! They fit as well, thankfully. I had my doubts about ordering shoes from out of the country, but I kept an open mind and I'm glad I did! The only complaint I have is the smell when I opened up the package and the shoes smell weird. Other than that, I'm glad I ordered from Raad!

The left shoe tongue goes on the side big time, I contacted them multiple times for a replacement and no answer. They answered right away before placing the order. Also the material is rough, it doesn't feel right on the foot, I have to use very thick socks to don't scratch me.

Love both pair I ordered! Colors were bright and perfect. Fit was good too. Wait time wasn't bad considering I ordered right before Christmas. They do have a strong smell. But that will diminish after leaving them out.

I like the shoes but they smell like gasoline when i opened the package. Im tring to wash them

Shoes amazing lets get that out there before anything else the designs are amazing and for $100 you can get your own picture or gif on them to make them even more personalized. I have ordered from here 2 times now and only complaint I can say is that the tip of my wifes shoes started coming apart so I had to get some shoe glue to fix that, if that part of the shoe was better that would get a 5 star

Shoes look exactly as pictured on the website and are very comfortable! The shipping was fast and customer service was good - informing me of the delivery timeline.

These shoes are waaaaay more comfortable than that other similar looking brand. And the fact that they offer big sizes is amazing. Longer shipping time but definitely worth the wait. They are more cushioned and a bit wider than that other brand. If you're on the fence, just do it, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered some new boots cause I hated the ones I hated and they arrived in perfect condition, I love them so much

Absolutely love RAAD! The shoe designs were true to the pictures. They fit like normal converse and feel the same. I was a little skidish of sizes so ordered a size bigger than what I normally wear and ended up being to big. Customer service was great and replaces them with no problem or headache. I WILL BE BUYING MORE GEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!

I helped to find and ban the scammers who were presented by them at the time when they had a chat right on the site, they promised 2 pairs as a reward, but now there is no chat on the site and any attempts to write to them by mail are useless, because they just me they ignore me when I ask other questions, they answer them, but they don’t answer those in which I ask about the award, I can’t call because it’s very expensive due to the fact that I’m in another country, it’s very disappointing

Customer service is great.

However, the shoes themselves are terrible.

The fabric is incredibly unwieldy and refuses to flex or bend, the soles feel like they'd made of wood, and you can literally see the glue they used on the shoe to glue the sole onto the body. They feel like cheap chinese-made factory line products and are extremely uncomfortable and lacking in any kind of quality.

Which makes sense, since these shoes are made in China, and shipped from China. This isn't a good company, it's another shopfront renting a sweatshop in china to make cheap products with good marketing so they can sell it for 90 times the price.

The only attractive things about their shoes are the designs they stamp onto them. Do not buy.
