I love all of their products! They have plenty of neat knickknacks and decor, I bought two pairs of shoes and I have been loving them since they showed up at my doorstep! It may take some time to deliver, but the product is exactly what I asked for! I even ordered the wrong sized product once, and they helped me get the right fit! Raad never disappoints.

I love these shoes.... comfortable and stylish. I get compliments whenever I wear them. Recently I had a small issue with one shoe and their customer service team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I probably would have ordered more anyway because they are awesome but now I for sure will and will tell everyone I know .

I ordered two pairs of the same type of shoe just a different pattern. They’re both very comfortable and work great in the gym for me. Plus the quality of the fabric and print was surprising. Worth the price in my opinion

The hoodie is overall really comfy. It tends to be one of my most worn out of my 9 hoodies.

I loved the shoes! They have incredible designs. I got one for myself and one for my boyfriend for valentines day, he absolutely loved it. Great quality.

Here the 4th of Febuary, 2022. I ordered their 2 for 1 deal on Raadshop, as another pioneer buy. And after recieving the product. I wish to post a review.

The shoes arrived today at the 15th, by postnord. At the designated location. Once trying on the shoes, they fit well and are stylish to boot. So the site gets 4 stars because, even with the time that the product took to come (40 days) It arrived, and was delivered. As requested.

The reason I give it four stars is that there is room for improvement. The one that comes to mind is more clarity on the package. There was a couple of times I believed the package was lost in transit, and Raadshops customer service had no idea where the package was either. So a good advice is for the shop to be more in tune with the postal services, and know where the package is sent to. So if customers ask where it is. Raadshop can respond clearly with a proper answer. Naturally a big improvement is to reduce the transit time. There are different avenues to do this. But my best recommendation, is to either heighten the price to give express delivery, or give the customer the option to buy express delivery.

Either case, Product delivered. Job well done. 4 stars.

I was a bit skeptical when I placed my order with RAAD. I can safely say that not only are their sneakers well made with great designs but their customer service is beyond amazing as their rep Phebe has been able to help me with any slight issues and has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with! I love these shoes and the look and fit great

I absolutely love RAAD shoes. I bought 2pairs of the converse looking Low style. In between the wait for my shoes I ordered the wrong size, the customer service was beyond understanding and shipped me my correct size.
Now, if you're not familiar with buying from another country please know it takes a month or 2 to get through customs and stuff. But the shoes are well on their way. I did read the negative reviews and I believe through those reviews RAAD has came a very long way through trial and error because the customer service was beyond excellent with me ordering the wrong size and me figuring it out in-between the time it was shipping. And getting the correct size.

Their designs down to the different styles of shoes are awesome and I love them. However, my RAAD tags on the back did fall off after one wear but the shoes themselves still look fly. RAAD keep up the great work!

I purchased sneakers from Raadshop and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort. They feel very similar to Skechers. If you like those, you'll love these!

Great shoes, obviously they come from abroad but are made to a great quality. So many designs available and different styles of shoes. Can take a number of weeks to arrive but most of the time they have a BOGOF sale so you are getting two shoes for one, great deal.

Ignore the 1 star reviews. People say the shoes are not good quality because it's from China and the shipping is bad. Go build custom Nikes and you'll see where they build and ship them from. China or Vietnam. Of course the company will go with the less cost option. I never understood people that had a problem with that. What are they supposed to do? Make peanuts for something no one else does... + nowhere it states the shoes are not from China.
These are one of the best shoes I have. Can't say if they are superior quality just yet because I just recieved them, but I bought them for the gym and so far I had 0 issues. They are even better than the Nike's I wore before. So many compliments because they truly are unique. I wanted to get high tops for a long time but couldn't find anything that's different. Every high top (converse, reebok, Adidas) looks bland with just some different colours. Nothing too crazy and costs a lot more.
When I found RAAD shop I couldn't believe that they have such variety of shoes. I finally found exactly what I was looking for.

Customer service is impeccable. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and I found another one that I liked more than the ones I ordered (because there is so many to choose from) and they made sure I was satisfied with the order and made some modification to it. They answer my email fast and give me all the information I need.

Sure it's hard to track package from China sometimes because no one is used to their tracking. However, I'm from Canada and I had no issues with receiveng the package. It came here in 4 weeks (like stated 4 to 6 weeks - even though people say it doesn't say how long it's going to take when it's written in big bold leathers. People just dont read and blame it on others), and I could've tracked it easily.
Would like to mention one person. Hamly from the customer service has been assisting me with whatever question I had. Super friendly person and very patient (I know I was a little too much lol).

All in all, really nice company. Early to say if the shoes are going to make it through my workouts but if you're buying them for casual wear, the materials are super. I. Compared it with my Converse and there is more similarities than differences.

Already have 3 friends saying they are going to buy them. Will recommend any day.

My daughter came home from camp one day raving about these great shoes from Raad one of her counselors was wearing. She had to have them! It just so happened Raad was having a great sale and we purchased 4 pair. We received several emails keeping us informed of the status of the order (they are made on demand). They arrived earlier than promised. The shoes are gorgeous and super comfortable, but unfortunately they were a half size too big. I contacted Raad’s customer service via email and got a response within hours. They worked quickly with me to resolve our order. We will definitely buy from Raad again in the future.

I love their hats. I always get compliments and I dont have to worry about someone else having the same one as I do

The products are poor quality. Their blankets are definitely not worth $80. Honestly Walmart or Homegoods has better quality for cheaper. The hooded blankets provide 0 warmth and are made with cheap materials.

I ordered shoes, a T-shirt and two hoodies! I love everything! It is great designs on high quality products! I couldn't be happier with my purchase :)

They fit just as they say it will. They are comfortable even for all day wear just love them. Will definitely be buying more of their stuff

I bought two pairs of boots and absolutely love them. The only drawback was discovering customer care was based in the Philippines. Trying to ascertain the right size boot for myself from someone who doesn't wear the product line was frustrating. The boots did arrive fairly quickly though which was a surprise considering shipment delays due to Covid. For some reason I was under the impression that RAAD was Canadian based and then discovering the boots were made in China. That was a disappointment. But, nonetheless, the boots are fantastic. It's wonderful to have something unique and that expresses my individuality. Thank you Raad! Aria
