With 1 year MoT, 1 year Premium warranty and he's warm welcome was just a great experience. My uncle that came with me Mr tee fell in love with him.

A day after I got back with the Outlander, realised the battery was bad. To my greatest surprised, Richard replaced it with the 5year guaranteed Halfords. What more can I say. Richard the greatest gentleman.

Very poor customer service ! replied back would refund what was paid to sort the vehicle after having taken it to a garage and paying for it ! Waited 4 months no response ! £1500 to rectify and replace electrics,lights, battery& alternator. Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on !

Richard was an absolute legend with holding the van for me even though I couldn't pick it up for a week after I enquired. I had no worry in sending over a deposit as his reviews were so solid and I knew we were dealing with a genuine dealership with a professional manager from our very first conversation on the phone.

On the day of pickup we had a few problems with getting to the dealership and he was more than happy to wait and help with picking us up from the train station, even suggesting other routes and keeping tabs on other possible delays. This was not something we ever expected and is just true of Richard's genuine and personal approach to sales.

I recently purchased a VW Golf from Richard. From start to end our interactions were swift, polite and genuine. Richard described the car perfectly and went to great lengths to point out any marks he was aware of that I may not have seen. Richards cars are well priced and well looked after. I live a fair way (260 miles) from Richard, he offered a number of options to get the car to me. I elected to travel up by train and drive the car back. Richard met me, with the car at the station and I drove it back to his unit resulting in a good test drive. Completing the transaction took no longer than an hour and I was back on the road down south. The car drove better than expected. For those thinking twice, dont. If Richard has a car you like, give him a call, he's a good guy.
