The fact the stupid RAC app told me I…
The fact the stupid RAC app told me I had to insure my car and then the following day I received an automatic renewal so I ended up with 2 insurance policys for one car, RAC departments NEED to talk to each other . Right, after talking to the very helpful Vicky I was assured my feedback would be noted on the wording of the RAC phone app , I hope this helps others . And also I hope RAC will clarify their app . A full five stars to Vicky .

I was accused of failing to provide…
I was accused of failing to provide correct information .I came to RAC via "Go Compare" . They provided the information for which I was quoted . I was unable to get this across to the AI voice and my insurance was cancelled with no redress !

This happens every year
This happens every year, I took out RAC recovery aa couple of weeks before I renewed my insurance. Every year I get an offer free or cheap recover but I have to cancel my RAC recovery after 40+ years to start a new RAC recovery to take advantage.
