Ridiculous pricing system.
Initial quote for policy was good but then lots of add ons bumped up price. All online, received lots of online messages, including multiple price rises during life of policy. Not easy to access customer service as online uses a chatbot. Icing on cake was a move mid way through policy. Same town, just a few streets over, existing underwriter couldn't cover it so offered a new policy for a year at extortionate price, almost double original policy offer. Then had to pay admin fee and cancellation fee amounting to almost £100. Again, chatbot unable to do anything aboit this.

Ambulance Chasers
Notifying RAC of a no fault accident turned into a nightmare trying to stop un-necessary car hire and medical appointments. The final insult was to have a retrospective increase on the premium for someone crashing into the rear of the vehicle whilst stopped at traffic lights
