We used RTS for an Open Water swim competition. The team were very helpful and advised what timing would best suit our event and were very flexible with our requests. Leading up to the day, their use of a share online document ensured that all of the information for the event was populated and both parties had a clear understanding. On the day, the use of the timing system was 100% effective and great for all competitors to get live timing feedback for each race.

At Ranelagh Harriers, we've been working with Race Timing Solutions for a few years now on our main events, the Ranelagh Half and Ranelagh 10K, so we've always known we were in good hands. But at our new flagship event, the Sunset Sprint, they really went above and beyond.

They provided everything we asked for and more: AV, timings, tents, cabling, sound, lighting and technical equipment & support and helped us bring a brand-new event to life. As our first time putting on this race, there were a lot of moving parts, but from start to finish, the entire team made the whole process so much easier.

Shout out to Joe & Kev, who did not stop at all; they did everything - setting up, troubleshooting, supporting the event as it unfolded and staying right through to break everything down at the end of the night. Really competent, gave great confidence, and no issue was ever too much. It was great to have Joe and Kev with us for our inaugural event - with so much going on it was a relief to know that they had everything sorted. They quietly and efficiently made sure everything was set up and good to go.

I needed some split times which weren't actually available to the public and race timing solutions dug them out and sent them my way. Absolutely amazing service.

We used RTS for our XC league race and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Joe was our timer on the day and provided excellent advice on setup.
