Good service. Next day delivery, product look good quality really pleased. Would highly recommend.

Ordered some valves and they sent out the wrong item - not ideal but no problem, accidents happen, and the customer service to deal with this was exemplary. Contaced customer services and the correct valves were couriered out the same day, meaning I didn't have to cancel my plumber. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I bought a set of valves for a renovation project. Was pleased get a bulk discount, even though it was only a handful. All arrived promptly, with timely updates. Got fitted, so far so good!

Great product and a great service. Ordered radiator valves it charged me £10 for delivery. I live rurally and find it difficult to get some deliveries. I got a further email asking for another £7 for delivery, which I thought to be very reasonable. 2 days later the valves arrived. Excellent!

Great quality items with prompt delivery. Competitive pricing. Had to return a valve and some sleeves as they needed to be swapped out for others. No-fuss returns and prompt refund. Recommended.

Ordered valves and pipe covers. The valves are finished to a very high standard, very pleased with them.

Delivery was a bit late but luckily I didn't need the valves straight away.

This company has gone over and beyond. They are so good. We placed an order over the weekend by Monday we realised our mistake & rang them not only they are so quick picking up the phone. The receptionist put me through to sales team, with no hesitation they cancelled the order replaced with new order and the price difference was put in our account immediately. Great prices but that’s about it when it comes to this company.

Ordered some valves and was happy until two of them developed a fault.

The first representative that I spoke to was happy to assist and seek a resolution, but she was unexpectedly taken sick and the supervisor (according to the websites claims) the highest ranking in customer service took over the case.

Clearly doesn’t have an ounce of empathy in her veins and after weeks of chasing said I had over turned the valves and that’s why they were broken.

There was no discussion of replacement or fix from this woman until I advised her that this was what needed to be done.

Then she told me that I had to pay to send them back to be looked at. Again I had to advise her that this was incorrect.

Obviously annoyed with me telling her what she would already know she then passed me back to the original agent to advise a collection was arranged.

The valves were collected and returned without so much as an acknowledgement.

Terrible service and hope people reading this think twice about dealing with this company.

RUDE, ABRUPT AND IN THE WRONG PROFESSION! Do the retail world a favour and go and become a prison officer, you’d be well suited in that role.

UPDATE
The valves have been checked by a professional gas fitter and deemed useless. Essentially they shut down the radiator due to a faulty thermostat. So I’m now £250 out of pocket. The joke is they said they were checking them when I purchased them and sent them a week later because they were performing checks. Incidentally they collect feedback are rated 5* on Feefo. I’ve reported them to Feefo for selective customer reviews, I wonder why?
