Sarah selected a lovely radiator for us, all now neatly installed and shiny. Radiator World have some very interesting designs - very happy with the result - even more so that it didn't break the bank! Delivered on time too (which, sadly, is more than I can say for other supplies from other companies for our new bathroom).

The radiators are fabulous. Delivered on time, well packaged and they are beautiful! We forgot to order feet for one of our radiators and after a conversation with our plumber we put in an order - the feet arrived the next day - just superb service! The communication was great and we would thoroughly recommend this company.

Customer Service?? What's that?
Not a good experience. There's plenty of choice so buy elsewhere!
Goods were fine but miss your 14 day returns deadline and there is no grace.....apparently its 'the law' (RW - who do you think your customers are??)
Having spent £1700+ I wanted to return 1no. radiator. Yes, I was a few days late, ticked the box and everything else...but no chance.
To anybody wondering whether to buy from this company, I advise you go elsewhere - there plenty of companies out there selling the same goods.
If RW read this review, remember its only your customer service that sets you apart....and this time you didn't show up well at all!

Reina Avola towel Radiator
I received the Reina Avola towel radiator next day, which was a very good result. Sarah at Radiator World had provided excellent logistics to ensure the prompt delivery. The towel radiator was not damaged in transit due to a robust local packaging and a heavy duty cardboard box. The paint finish is well finished in a gloss white paint finish. The thermal performance has not yet been determined as it is only just about to be fitted to the cloakroom wall.

Warning AVOID!
Warning! Don't buy from this company, there are plenty of others out there that will deliver what you paid for. Two £100 thermostatic elements were not delivered with my other items and despite making contact with this company on multiple occasions, they just blanked me. One response to say 'we delivered the items', which they didn't and couldn't evidence that they did, and then the ignore tactic from them. So I'll take my money on the house renovation elsewhere and I suggest you do to. Not worth the agro and not worth the time spent trying to prove that the items you ordered where never in the tiny bag then couldn't possibly have contained two very long thermostatic elements! Terrible customer service and terrible experience. AVOID!

Great radiators ,fast delivery and well packed, a better bracket for the fixing would be nice ( locating holes awkward) but has no bearings on the style and use of radiators.
