Our family ordered a personal alarm / sudden falls wristband home/garden monitor for our 90 year old mother, who has some mobility issues.

The family are very impressed by the range of the wristband and the monitor throughout the house and the garden outside.

Everything was fine all the equipment was there and I had no need to ask anyone about it

So far so good. We having had to use it yet, but dad keeps setting the alarm off and you always respond very quickly.

Getting set up on the Connect24 system was so quick and easy. I arranged it all online and the equipment arrived within a few days. The service is very efficient and the call handlers are all so friendly and helpful, even when just testing the alarm every 6 weeks. Got device 3 weeks ago and can not get it to work despite several attempts and contact with office. I’ve been told 3 times someone will ring me and I’m still waiting. Not impressed!
