You blocked me when I found you on instagram? Scammer alert. I was very nice and understanding at the beginning. After you lied about my refund then blocked me, sorry but I can’t be courteous anymore. I just asked you to provide me with the proof of refund and you refuse to do so. Your actions show how blatantly guilty you are.
After perusing the less-than-stellar reviews before mine, I am expecting a defensive response just like the reviews before me. The blame will be put on to me for whatever reason she can come up with. In order to counter this scammers counter-attack, below I have laid out the timeline of the events that occurred over the last 5 months.
Note: The email that was sent to me with the reasons for the delay of the order, I really felt sorry for her IF what she said is truthful. I sure would like to believe her but when I saw other reviewers, from almost a year ago, that were told the same thing as you. Wow! What a coincidence that the same thing happened to you in September 2025 and again February 2026.
Jan 8- I saw the shirt and decided to order two pieces of it. I paid and received the confirmation email regarding successful payment and the order (#RADORDER7631). It even mentioned that DHL would be handling the logistics. However, there was no waybill tracking number provided.
Feb 24- 6 weeks gone by and still no delivery of item and no response from them. Then i decided to send a follow up regarding my order. My tone was understanding and cooperative. I even praised her brand.
March 10- Still no reply so I sent an email telling them that I am very patient person but I see no effort from them so I would like my money back.
March 12- Finally! A response. In the email she explained to me why my order has not been fulfilled and what she has had to deal with over the last couple of months. I’m not going to go into detail about the issues that she was facing but they were personal and professional in nature. I responded to her email telling her that I understand that she is having a hard time. I explained that I am willing to wait because I really love the design and the messaging of her product. Heck, I even offered potential solutions to her problem which I can help her, if needed.
March 12- A fast reply, wow. She apologised profusely about the delay and said the items would be ready to ship out within the week. She also said that if I still wanted to cancel, I could. I thanked her for the quick reply but told her that I would have to cancel the order (the t shirt was meant to be a birthday present for my brother which was in February. Since it passed that date already I did not need the shirts anymore). Despite me telling her that I would like to cancel I also told her that I am still supportive of her brand and that if she does get past all issues and wants to continue her business that she would have my support.
Note: The last two emails were friendly and apologetic in nature.
April 16- More than a month of silence then I get an email thanking me for confirming the cancelling of the order. One month. Let that sink in. One month to confirm my order is cancelled and that my refund has already been processed. She told me that it would take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in my account. If I had any issues, they recommend me to contact my bank for further assistance. If I have any other questions I should feel free to contact them. I replied with a thanks and said I would wait for the refund.
April 18- She replied thanking me for being patient and understanding. She said that my kind message meant a lot to her and she is grateful for my continued support. Updates will be shared with me with her moving forward.
April 23- no refund showed up so I contacted her about it.
April 24- She replied and said she sent a separate email confirming the cancellation of the order and the processing of the refund. She said me to be patient as banking processing times can differ from bank to bank. I responded saying that I understood that and that I will wait until the 10th day.
Note: There is no way that a refund, if successfully processed, as she claims, takes longer than 10 working days.
April 28- the 10th working day and still nothing. I contacted my bank and asked them go check. They said there is no transaction of the sort and they asked me to request for a receipt of the refund/transfer so that they can investigate further.
April 29- I requested again for the relevant documents to give to the bank.
April 30- I get sent 2 screenshots. Neither is an official receipt of the refund.
May 1 and 2- I pleaded with her to help me and just send over the receipt.
May 3- she replied quite rudely telling me to file for a chargeback dispute. I told her I need the receipt. Her reply : “I’ve sent what I’ve sent. File a dispute”. I tried to message her on social media but she blocked me.
Not once was I rude. This is a true scammer.
