You blocked me when I found you on instagram? Scammer alert. I was very nice and understanding at the beginning. After you lied about my refund then blocked me, sorry but I can’t be courteous anymore. I just asked you to provide me with the proof of refund and you refuse to do so. Your actions show how blatantly guilty you are.

After perusing the less-than-stellar reviews before mine, I am expecting a defensive response just like the reviews before me. The blame will be put on to me for whatever reason she can come up with. In order to counter this scammers counter-attack, below I have laid out the timeline of the events that occurred over the last 5 months.

Note: The email that was sent to me with the reasons for the delay of the order, I really felt sorry for her IF what she said is truthful. I sure would like to believe her but when I saw other reviewers, from almost a year ago, that were told the same thing as you. Wow! What a coincidence that the same thing happened to you in September 2025 and again February 2026.

Jan 8- I saw the shirt and decided to order two pieces of it. I paid and received the confirmation email regarding successful payment and the order (#RADORDER7631). It even mentioned that DHL would be handling the logistics. However, there was no waybill tracking number provided.

Feb 24- 6 weeks gone by and still no delivery of item and no response from them. Then i decided to send a follow up regarding my order. My tone was understanding and cooperative. I even praised her brand.

March 10- Still no reply so I sent an email telling them that I am very patient person but I see no effort from them so I would like my money back.

March 12- Finally! A response. In the email she explained to me why my order has not been fulfilled and what she has had to deal with over the last couple of months. I’m not going to go into detail about the issues that she was facing but they were personal and professional in nature. I responded to her email telling her that I understand that she is having a hard time. I explained that I am willing to wait because I really love the design and the messaging of her product. Heck, I even offered potential solutions to her problem which I can help her, if needed.

March 12- A fast reply, wow. She apologised profusely about the delay and said the items would be ready to ship out within the week. She also said that if I still wanted to cancel, I could. I thanked her for the quick reply but told her that I would have to cancel the order (the t shirt was meant to be a birthday present for my brother which was in February. Since it passed that date already I did not need the shirts anymore). Despite me telling her that I would like to cancel I also told her that I am still supportive of her brand and that if she does get past all issues and wants to continue her business that she would have my support.
Note: The last two emails were friendly and apologetic in nature.

April 16- More than a month of silence then I get an email thanking me for confirming the cancelling of the order. One month. Let that sink in. One month to confirm my order is cancelled and that my refund has already been processed. She told me that it would take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in my account. If I had any issues, they recommend me to contact my bank for further assistance. If I have any other questions I should feel free to contact them. I replied with a thanks and said I would wait for the refund.

April 18- She replied thanking me for being patient and understanding. She said that my kind message meant a lot to her and she is grateful for my continued support. Updates will be shared with me with her moving forward.

April 23- no refund showed up so I contacted her about it.

April 24- She replied and said she sent a separate email confirming the cancellation of the order and the processing of the refund. She said me to be patient as banking processing times can differ from bank to bank. I responded saying that I understood that and that I will wait until the 10th day.
Note: There is no way that a refund, if successfully processed, as she claims, takes longer than 10 working days.

April 28- the 10th working day and still nothing. I contacted my bank and asked them go check. They said there is no transaction of the sort and they asked me to request for a receipt of the refund/transfer so that they can investigate further.

April 29- I requested again for the relevant documents to give to the bank.

April 30- I get sent 2 screenshots. Neither is an official receipt of the refund.

May 1 and 2- I pleaded with her to help me and just send over the receipt.

May 3- she replied quite rudely telling me to file for a chargeback dispute. I told her I need the receipt. Her reply : “I’ve sent what I’ve sent. File a dispute”. I tried to message her on social media but she blocked me.

Not once was I rude. This is a true scammer.

Very upsetting but I wish you the best

I ordered a few months ago but canceled my order because it took a long time to ship out. I finally ordered a second time and I waited a month EXACT to reach out because my order still has both shipped. When I reached out she asked for my order number and immediately cancelled it and told me not to order again. I really wanted this shirt and I have waited for years to order it. If the owner was willing to Communicate with me about my order I would have waited. But, people started reaching out to me saying it was a scam the whole time. She is very active on her socials but doesn’t reply to messages. If she does reply she is aggressive. If you have a business you should focus on that business especially if it’s something as significant and as expensive (I order a kill the klan shirt) as the shirts. It says it would be shipped out in 2-3 days and it was not shipped and I waited a month. I want to support this business so bad and I really wanted this shirt but I shouldn’t have to wait a month for it when the website says it’ll be shipped in 2-3 days.

Edit:I don’t want this to upset the owner and i genuinely want to order again. Because I really wanted this shirt. I want her to reach out and I hope we are able to see eye to eye so I can order again. I’ve been following her for years and I wish her and her family the best.

Ordered more than 3 months ago. Got an email 2 months after ordering with a long rant about events in their life and blah,blah,blah but a promise to ship out by the end of the week. That was a month ago. She deletes all comments on their IG asking where orders are. she ignores emails and you get called racist for asking to cancel your order 3 months out... shes a fake activist scammer.

update to her response: it was a long email with like 5 different reasons, sorry for your loss but i waited over a month after that 'update' to hear nothing from you. This is copied straight from the email you sent out: "Camo Work Hoodies and Hoodies will begin going out next week."

She takes zero accountability. If you cant fulfill orders, dont take orders. Its simple. Never once was it said these were "preorders" or not even in the process of being made.

She also called me/texting me/emailing me threats that she will "see me soon" and "hope you die b***h". Its embarrassing she thinks anyone is scared of her. But it shows me that I was right: SHES. A. SCAMMER.

6th reviewer Julie Irvin ordered January 11th. We sent an order email update (as the previous reviews clearly state over and over again) about how we had to find a NEW FULFILLMENT and HAD CLOSE DEATHS ON OUR TEAM. How you equated that to “blah blah blah” is quite literally so hilarious to me. The promise to ship orders out by the end of the week was for other items NOT CAMO WORK JACKETS which I specified take LONGER. # 2 - Yes, I’m going to delete comments as orders ship. No one ignores emails (as previous reviews clearly state) and again, if you KNEW HOW TO READ AND USE COMPREHENSION SKILLS YOU WOULD SEE THE MEME ON THE ORDER CANCELLATION PAGE AND REALIZE IT IS A JOKE and not “racism.”

Again you called deaths in my family and friend circles “blah blah blah” I frankly do not care about you as a human being LMFAO.

Placed an order

Placed an order. Waited a week for any form of communication. Nothing. Reached out about my order. Nothing. Found out it’s a scam. Went to cancel my order on their website and met with racist aggressive message because I wanted to cancel. Received several emails telling me to “kill myself” and that I’m an “impatient b*tch”. Even threatened me because they knew my shipping address. Very strange and aggressive scam with an inbred Temu Rihanna lookalike running it.

“Cancel my order or I’ll contact my bank. To threaten legal action against someone for canceling their order is fucking hilarious! You guys are a scam apparently and forcing me to say I support racist in order to cancel my order is really fucked up! The way you go about this is so much easier to just fucking print shirts and ship em but no you gotta scam. I expect a response within 24hours. I will be contacting my bank.”

Mind you. You had ordered 5 days ago. The message confirming order cancellation on the site has a meme on it and is clearly meant to be a JOKE for people who know how to READ. You were disrespectful so I got disrespectful right back and I would do it again! Watch how TF you talk to people! EMAIL OR NOT! I don’t disrespect small businesses or small business owners so I WON’T TOLERATE IT!

Avoid this scam at all costs - you won't get your order from this narcissistic small business tyrant

So I really wanted to think it was an honest mistake, but it's my fault for not doing my research and due diligence before ordering. To be fair, I don't think anyone has ever received their items from them. I'd be willing to bet all the designs are stolen. I got a targeted ad for a T shirt, as soon as I ordered, I got an email saying "sorry for the delay, we had an issue with a printing companys quality, so we're getting everything together and everything will be shipped in the next week". There was a lot of left leaning grifter nonsense as well, using real life tragedies unassociated with the shipping issues as excuses why orders were delayed. I took this at face value then, and gave a few more weeks before sending an email. When I did, I was polite, and the owner made it seem like it was my fault because they "were dealing with the loss of someone close to them". I gave them grace yet again, because I'm in Minneapolis and this was in the middle of operation metro surge. I was dealing with a lot of loss and trauma with personal friends and family of mine being reported, along with my best friend dying. That being said, I run a community nonprofit and never used my trauma as an excuse not to keep my word. Well, it's now 3 months later, my order labels haven't even been printed. My bank had to refund me. I can look past a lot, but maybe shut the site down if your personal issues and business issues are so massive that you can't keep up with orders. Maybe respond to emails, or let people know that you can't fulfill new orders. Maybe shut the site down, or even sell it to someone who wants to actually do what they say they'll do. Idk, don't be a trash person. Maybe sell the prints/transfers to someone who can actually do something with them. Anyone grifting off of leftist politics is just as bad as what they claim to be fighting against.

4th reviewer “Joshua Hyde” from “Minnesota.” You are a liar. The only Joshua I have an order from in Minnesota ordered February 6th and his order shipped February 17th. Crazy how you used yt supremacist terms like “left wing grifter” but you’re a real customer… ok. And none of the information shared within your review was stuff people did not talk amongst themselves about in our comments or stuff I did not publicly share via our Instagram story. ANYWAYS.

Scam

Scam. Ordered December 12th, been very patient. Received 2 updates about random drama in there company, seemed unprofessional but I still trusted them. Now it's been too long, i have Received no further updates or refunds nor any products or clothing.

3rd reviewer “Carrot Horns” you ordered December 12th and hadn’t received anything by February 21. How you correlated 1. Having to find a new supplier after the old one tried to run off with our money and 2. 2 close deaths in my family and friend circle as “random drama” is both hilarious and insane. You are a liar because as other reviews will prove — I have NO ISSUE GIVING REFUNDS — even when they “don’t want them.” I would actually prefer that than to deal with drama with customers so there is no possible way you 1. Asked for a refund and 2. Was not given it. Period point BLANK.

Absolute worst customer service I have…

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I found this business on Instagram and wanted to support the cause. I order two items. Says it takes 2 to 3 days to ship. Almost 2 weeks I still received zero confirmation emails of my order being shipped. I attempt to contact the business and there is no way to contact them. Their email is invalid. So I iMessage the business owner on Instagram and instead of replying to my message, letting me know what’s going on with my order. She just canceled my order so now it’s a week before Christmas and not only am I missing two gifts but I’m also missing out on the $66 she stole from me

2nd reviewer “Jay” AKA Jajuan ordered December 7th, started complaining immediately about wait time so I cancelled his order personally on December 18th. THE WEBSITE SAID 2-3 DAYS ON THE KILL THE KLAN T SHIRTS. HE ORDERED A SWEATSHIRT WHICH CLEARLY SAID 2-3 WEEKS IN THE DESCRIPTION. HE ALSO HAD TO CHECK A BOX CONFIRMING HE UNDERSTOOD THIS AS A SPECIALTY ITEM THAT WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS. As a business owner what am I to do if I put a wait time and you don’t want to wait until that time…. Why would I risk you getting mad and disputing the charge when I can cancel the order and save myself the headache? Your order was canceled and you received a refund back to your original payment method on December 22nd so you did not get “stolen from.”

Delayed shipping and lack of responsibility

Ordered in mid September and didn't receive an update until mid October. Order didn't ship until mid November. The owner appears to blame everyone other than themselves due to delays, and admits to breaking three leases for various reasons which lead to delays in shipping and manufacturing.

I had ordered the t-shirt in the hopes of it arriving as my mother was visiting new York. It didn't even shop until long after she left. I completely understand that when making anti white supremacist clothing there will be deliberate attempts to interrupt this business but by the owners own email it is evident she failed to secure her own supply lines, while accepting orders she couldn't handle.

This order will now be stuck with my relative in new York. I would have appreciated more frequent updates from the owner and if she knew all this was going on she probably should have put an advisory note on her website.

1st reviewer Ruarri Phelan complaining of ordering in “Mid September” you ordered September 19th and your order shipped November 5th. Our website explicitly stated these items are made to order and ship within 3-4 weeks. (Business weeks are to be implied). You said I blame “everyone but myself” cool. You run an anti-white supremacist clothing brand in a time like this and see how far you would get with people PURPOSEFULLY sabotaging your business.
