Impressively quick delivery from Scotlamd to me on the south coast. Securely packaged and well proced.

Superb customer service, the item i purchased had a manufacturer’s fault, rainbow railways offered to correct fault and did a superb job of carrying out the alteration in order for the item to fit the building i purchased, fantastic service thank you

I ordered a Marklin model which was unavailable in the UK. It took nearly 3 months but Rainbow managed to obtain it for me at a significantly discounted price. I have the loco now. It is superb in every respect and worth the wait.

As usual, these guys went out of their way to help me achieve what I envisioned for my loco. They are always happy to help and that is why I keep returning to them.

The model arrived broken (most likely a fault of the manufacturers)
Once we got in touch they offered us a replacement model immediately and even did checks on it to make sure it was okay as well as running it in.
Great staff and great service.

Brilliant service, very quick, excellent price for the OO gauge wagons we bought

Fast dispatch, well packaged, excellent product excellent service

It was picked and posted quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Thank you. The postage was however was very average but that is out of your control. A long wait at Heathrow and another long wait at Brisbane Airport. For the money, both postal services don't perform very well. BTW, I'm still looking for some of this cork to finish a layout, let me know if you find anymore R2 curves.

21-pin decoders - great price and delivery.

Excellent service as always.

Great service good price exceptional delivery

Everything from finding the items on your website, ordering them and your contact with me informing me that the items were on the way was absolutely fantastic. A friend recommended you to me and I’ll gladly recommend yourselves to anyone at the club I belong to.
