Works behind the scenes and very easy to use

It honestly works. It is an honest way to win and get advantages! I use it always and as much as I can! I wish they would do a few more promotions from time to time...

So easy to use, and the benefits are great, you're shopping anyway to get cash back is a bonus.

To my surprise Rakuten actually works. You use their website, click on their partner offers, buy your item as you usually would & boom, you receive cashback soon after.
Hasn't failed me yet, so I'm very pleased!

Great way to earn cashback. Payments are super quick, they say 3 to 7 days but always receive the next day.

I previously given a positve review, however someone has complety erased my account in rakutan from the system, amd created a new US based rakutan account in my phone, when i saw that my payment is not received i sent them screenshots of my original account and asked them to help me recover but they are not helping instead i have not received anything and lost my orignial account, they are useless

So when I had written the above review, I had literally didn't receive my two payments. So I went to check my rakuten account when I checked it showed money was sent to PayPal but when I tried to open individual transactions where payment was made to see the details and to report that I have not received it I took me to my account where it showed a strange account in US dollars and no details of my previous account. I reported this, the representative from the US said you are using rakuten US, not UK,so contact rakuten UK, even though I had been using the same app that I used ever since I made rakuten account and started receiving my cashback. So to recover my original account I tried to delete that US account which was on one side showing my original transaction that I always made with rakuten but when I will go to account details and transaction details it showed US account, which was very confusing when I didn't made any change into it. After failed attempts to recover the account even though installing rakuten UK, I tried to delete that US account and tried to log back into my original account which was unsuccessful ever since. Now if I want to talk to any rakuten representative, no matter if try from UK website or from rakuten app, it never lets me go to rakuten team to send them screenshots of my original account and ask me to recover it, it always takes me to a screen where it says your account is deleted. I can make a video of this and send this to you guys to prove what I am saying.
Now I will talk about payment, after doing the above failed attempts, I went to PayPal to check I have received the money, I found out that someone has changed my email address on my PayPal and put it wrong way, now it is asking me to verify it. When I try to verify it, it won't let me because someone had put it wrong. I tried to contact PayPal, it didn't work, because we have poor signals in area, I tried to change and gave another of my email address to complete the verification process which was successful but no details of any money received, only my other past transactions. Surprise I had lost ability to login through my original PayPal email, because system said someone else is using it now. Tired I left it because I can not do anything about changes that I have not made into my accounts and now system was not working if tried to correct them.
One day I tried again through my original PayPal email address, it logged in and worked and it showed last two payments from rakuten of around £12 something.
But unfortunately I still can't recover my original rakuten account on my device or not even on website
Rakuten has said your original account is there, but it never works on my phone, through any attempts, it always says your account is deleted, unless I make a new account, which I do not need now, or if any of the rakuten team is reading this, they should send me a link to my original account and help me recover it.
