I had a non-standard set of requirements for my replacement windows, wanting them to match as far as possible my existing leaded light timber windows. Simon was very knowledgeable about the products, worked with me to get the spec exactly right over several iterations, and the resulting cost was very competitive. He worked through issues with the manufacturer and the installation team were great: professional, clean, tidy and considerate and I’m super pleased with the end result.

Needed new soffits and a new front door. Great advice given in the showroom and all work completed to a high standard fitted by highly motivated staff. Very professional throughout and highly recommended.

R and D Goatley are bound by a very strict code of customer satisfaction which only the likes of Marks and Spencer with their longevity are well known for. It’s a complete pleasure to have R and D Goatley work on any project large or small to beautify your home.

When we decided we wanted a new front door we visited their showroom in Portslade. From the moment we walked through the door to the installation of the door itself the service has been fantastic.
Simon spent a long time going through the various choices. He was very patient and gave us time to mull over our decision.
The installation went very smoothly.
When a couple of problems did occur, not of their making, I might add, they were extremely understanding & helpful. One problem was me locking myself out!
I can’t recommend R & D Goatley high enough. They are amazing.

Well, I've been working, building gardens in the Shoreham, Southwick, Portslade, Hove areas with my father for many years, much longer even than Goatleys, and I've heard absolutely nothing but praise for them from people I've worked for who've had them in. They recently did work for me and, of course, it was a fantastic job (as was expected). If you want a top class job and service look no further.

Goatley’s have fitted 9 windows, French doors and a back door to my property last week. They were recommended to me by a friend but have still exceeded my expectations. I have been impressed from the initial advice of which design to choose for an old property to the friendly, punctual and professional fitting and the customer care from the showroom staff. The attention to detail taken in the finishing inside and out of the windows was exceptional. I cannot recommend Goatley’s highly enough.

What an amazing service. I’m so impressed with the work that the team did when installing the windows and the finish that we have.
The product it great and the house is so much warmer already. Jordan was great throughout and really responsive.
Not the cheapest option but well worth the money.

I contacted the team at Goatleys recently to raise an issue regarding one of the windows that had been installed for me a number of years ago. The team were so helpful and to my delight I was provided with a replacement window. The aftercare provided has been outstanding and I would highly recommend Goatleys if you are considering replacement windows.

A very happy customer!

An excellent service from start to finish. Installation went very well.
The lovely doors and windows have transformed our barn. Aftercare is impressive. Totally professional company and we would thoroughly recommend.

From the initial enquiry with R&D Goatley to the fitting and after-sales information, our experience was extremely good. We were very happy with the help given in choosing our door, and the fitting team did a great job with very little disturbance to our decor.
Overall I would definitely recommend them.

The team did an excellent job of replacing front door , two front windows and widows and door in my sun lounge. There was a problem with the front door and this was dealt with efficiently and put right. Very pleased with the finished result.
I have no hesitation in recommending R&D Goatley.

Very impressive!
We were nervous about replacing the windows in our old cottage where nothing is square or level but the Goatley team tackled the job with enthusiasm and produced a spectacular result. We had expected to have a considerable amount of finishing work to do but there really is nothing, and we're embarrassed to say that the house is probably cleaner now than before they started work!
The replacement windows are clearly high quality and sound reduction is remarkable.
The crew were good humoured, polite and professional. They all worked extremely hard and clearly took great pride in all aspects of the installation. Even the singing was almost in tune!
In this competitive day and age a company can't survive for 49 years without maintaining a consistently high reputation and standards, and Goatleys obviously achieve this.
Very highly recommended!

Just had 5 double glazed windows fitted to the rear of my property, including a dormer window, and am very pleased with the work by Jordan and his team. From initial assessment to checking in after the job was completed, I've been very glad I chose R&D Goatley. Thoroughly professional work, and would be happy to recommend to anyone wanting to know they will get a great (and quick) service.

Fantastic customer service. After nearly 10 years since originally fitting our front door it became slightly out of adjustment so I emailed the team on Sunday evening and they sent someone out to fix it on Monday morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Windows and door are excellent quality and the installers were tidy and had a fantastic eye for detail.

Great experience from start to finish.

Quote was provided very quickly and we quickly proceeded to book in the work. They gave us a lead time of around 6 weeks, but it was probably no longer than 4 weeks before the window was in. We had one window replaced so it really only took Joe, our fitter, a few hours work. Joe was polite, attentive and went above and beyond to give us the best service.

The team did a very efficient same-day installation with no fuss or bother. The doors look great, and all our queries were answered during a few visits to the showroom. They really know their stuff and gave a great overview of the options during those visits. Our doors look great and overall we were very impressed with R&D Goatley from start to finish.

Professional team on site, time & scheduling of installations 💯. Accommodating to construction adjustments without additional costs.
Precise ordering of windows to clients designs.
Snagging return without delay due to Construction company mistakes👍🏻. Majority of companies would not accommodate.
Quality of windows superb.
You have to pay for quality but it is always worth signing with a reputable company that is RDGoatley for sure.
Thank you for ensuring the large gables & surrounding windows looked amazing.
Once Construction Co have finished you can instruct photographer for your website👍🏻

I had my door fitted recently, excellent customer service and professionally fitted. My door was made to order and I am happy with the end result, especially the colour.

Second time using Goatley's and remembered why I liked them so much the first time. Professional, punctual, friendly and always do a great job. I needed them to come back to finish something off later and they said no problem. A great British company and quality product.
