R&D Goatley Ltd Avaliações

From start to finish, R and D Goatley was an excellent company, who kept us informed of updates and amendments all the way through. The company's own fitters were tidy, courteous and professional at all times. The project consisted of replacing all windows and fitting a new front door. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company who cares about its customers.

I had this company replace the front door on my Victorian flat. Not only is it very secure but it also looks fantastic and is in keeping with the stye of the building. They were great to deal with, very helpful, friendly, efficient, and I would recommend using them if you want top quality and excellent customer service.

Fantastic company to deal with and an excellent product. We had tight time scales, a period building and several variables to deal with. All the staff at Goatley's were professional and very supportive. Windows delivered and fitted within time slot and look absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Used goatleys for windows in a conservatory rebuild I did a couple of years ago and had no hesitation to use them again to replace the bay windows in my house. The job was carried out professionally by good friendly tradesman and I was more than happy with the finished job. They are the best local window company by far with a good reputation for after sales service so I would definitely recommend them.

We decided to renew about 20 windows and 2 doors in our house and chose Goatley because we were impressed by their professionalism in understanding our needs and producing a competitive quotation.
The fitting in April 2023 was well planned and carried out with meticulous care and attention to detail. There was no damage to internal decorations which was great. Overall we were delighted with the products and service and would recommend Goatley without hesitation.

An excellent and local - if you live in Brighton! - company. They are patient even if you're as obsessive about the details are we are, and give great advice. All ran to the timeline they suggested and went smoothly. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Very happy with the new windows. Efficient team, very clean and polite. Excellent work!

This is a First class company from start to finish.
Superb quality products, many years of experience and it shows!
The team worked patiently and accurately with the builders and the fitters worked with expertise and calm.
I now have some absolutely beautiful sliding patio doors which have transformed my home.
Many thanks to all involved.

Goatleys have previously installed windows and doors for us, so were the obvious choice when our old wooden back door needed replacement. All members of their team was helpful from start to finish and the installation was done cleanly and efficiently. All just as we expected from Goatleys. They're a bit more expensive, certainly, but excellent value for money.

This is the second time we have used R&D Goatley & they have been totally brilliant again! From the initial stages, spending time with us choosing the right products and giving us advice through to installation has been great. The service they provide is efficient, professional & friendly. They really are experts in their field. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent advice and service from start to finish. Good quality product.

We have been delighted with Goatley’s, they helped us turn our ideas for internal glass partitioning and bi folding doors into the best kind of reality. We are so pleased with how everything looks, the quality of the results and just how pleasant the whole experience has been from the design through to the fitting. Many thanks Simon and the Team.

I have eagle eyes and could not see a thing wrong after my 6 windows were fitted. Absolutely perfect. The men were superb, neat, clean and tidy, very pleasant. I would highly recommend Goatleys and have no hesitation to use them in the future if needed

Just recently had my bay windows & front door on my property renewed. The installers were absolutely brilliant friendly & polite very clean & tidy workers. Left my home spotless & took care when entering my house.

So delighted with our newly installed English Door Company front door and toplite window both supplied and installed by R&D Goatley. Fantastic customer service throughout and a superb finish. Its transformed our house and hallway. Would highly recommend them. 👌

This was the second job we've had completed by R&D Goatley. The service is great, the attention to detail is spot on and the final and finished job is outstanding. Looks like we might be coming back for more! I would definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with all areas of service and advice that we received from quotation through to installation

Excellent speedy service. Good quality and the installers were very polite and considerate. Would definitely recommend there services.

R&D Goatley provided a friendly, professional service and the two attendant fitters did a great job in fitting four windows with the minimum of fuss/disruption (despite the snowy conditions) and maximum expertise fuelled only by tea (white, no sugar). The appointment was easy to set up. The installation has certainly improved our insulation. We would certainly recommend R&D Goatley. An attraction was the fact it was a local family firm (we found on the internet) and the company proved it was a wise decision to show faith in it. We'd have no hesitation in using them again.

We recently had an English Door Company front door installed by R&D Goatley and we couldn't be happier with the service and product we received. From start to finish, Simon and the team have been so informative, polite and friendly, and Joe and Bradley installed our door to perfection. The quality of the door is amazing, so happy we found R&D Goatley and look forward to using them again in the future.
