AVOID AVOiD AVOID!!!!!
Firstly, this company lied to me regarding the dispatch of my items blaming the courier, even though I had tracking details proving they lied. Secondly they denied receiving emails from me & only actually responded to me once I put a public message on one of their Instagram posts (funny that!)
After my jewellery arrived (late) I wore the bracelet for less than a day & it broke! I sent them another message on Instagram to be told they don’t provide refunds or replacements unless the item arrived broken!!!! It quite clearly was faulty!! They offered me a discount to buy another one!!
Also please note that they do not offer returns unless faulty on arrival, which by the way is illegal as distance selling regulations state consumers get a cooling off period if they change their mind.
I also cannot find any details on this company on Companies House…….very suspicious!!!!! So in general this is a very questionable company!
I think they are trying to cash in on the jewellery company Rani & Co by using a similar name.
I would advise to steer clear!!! Not only do they lie they send out poor quality items! I’ve bought cheaper jewellery off of of Shein that’s lasted longer!!!
