I am happy with the order and good delivery driver

The delivery was on time and within the given time frame, I was notified of the time slot a day previous.
Tracking was provided for my order and it was wrapped very well and in excellent condition.
The bed and mattress are fantastic, very comfortable and I’m very happy with my experience with this company.
Totally recommend them.

2nd mattress I’ve had from these guys are they are brilliant, I would really recommend them.

Very good delivery service and fast delivery after ordering, quality of goods are good and easy to assemble.

Ordered a king size bed on Amazon from this company and within two days it arrived! Fabulous communication allowed me to track my delivery and even a call from the delivery driver with an ETA. Bed is just as described, very happy indeed.

Easy to order, prompt delivery and the bed and mattress come exactly as described the mattress is very comfy

The bed was soo nice and very comfortable l really love it

Very good service from end to end especially excellent service and great product and service and price 🫡

I was looking for a new mattress. Having already had one from Rapyal and was very happy decided to purchase from there again
Very impressed all round. I’d not completed my in line purchase , life got in the way and I’d left it in my basket. I received a call from someone at Raypal just to check I wasn’t having technical issues. Very impressive
Once ordered I was kept upto date with the delivery process. Even the driver ringing me 20 minutes before delivery. He was also accommodating with bringing the mattress into the house. Super fast delivery. Not actually tried the mattress yet but it passed the ‘squeeze’ test. a++++

Great bed driver was very good polite and pleasant. Thank you excellent service,

My flat on the first floor and he didn’t help me to carry it up stairs I had to do it on my own he only did to the door downstairs that’s it

Wonderful bed delivery driver, extremely helpful and friendly track in was amazing.Knew exactly what time the delivery was coming overall , fantastic experience.

The purchase from start to finish was a pleasure. The bed I bought was of the low price range (quick last minute purchase), the quality is perfect for the price. Will be using this company again for future purchases.

The tracking and contact with the delivery driver was refreshingly simple. The gentleman delivered the bed to my home and although could have had assistance took pride in doing his delivery with a smile on his own, again quite refreshing. (It was a particularly hot day, gave the gentleman fresh bottled water, looking after delivery people keeps the chain going, believe)

I would recommend this company. My purchase was through Amazon, and is saved in my account.

Thank you Anonymous @ Loughton

Amazing service all round. Quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this bed and mattress.
I put this bed together myself and my daughter has expressed how comfortable it is. It looks amazing.

Love the products. Great value for money.

Would have liked the option to have goods delivered to room of choice and not left downstairs as I’m a lone 63 year old lady and struggled for an hour to get double mattress upstairs

Liked the fact I was given a 2 hour slot for delivery. I bought the bed for my son and was surprised at the quality. He called this morning to say that he had a brilliant sleep. I may well buy one for myself

Excellent service. Kept me informed of exact delivery time. Courier was helpful and friendly and the bed is easy to put together and good quality.
