I love my dress and it arrived very quickly!! I feel so confident wearing this dress!!

Does anyone know anyway to contact this company? I placed in order on 12th July, had an email saying it was out for delivery on 18th July and still nothing. I’ve messages on Facebook and on the website but still not contact. First time I’ve ordered from them and I have lost all hope over ever receiving my order. Bitterly disappointed and upset to have lost money.

The dress I received was beautiful. Very good quality. First time buying from this website, would definitely buy again. I think it was reasonably priced too.

The dress is gorgeous and so unique. Shipping to the US is a little pricey but the dress is well made & different than what I’ve seen at weddings I’ve gone to lately. Can’t wait to wear it!

I didnt receive a confirmation email once I made the order, I had to contact customer service to confirm my pre-order. Once the dress arrived it was torn and not in good condition. The return process was the worst, I had to arrange my own postage which I paid £6.99 + the £3.50 i had to pay for delivery so I wasted nearly £10 on postage. Wont be buying from there again

Rare London has a great Customer Service! Questions, Problems and other matters get answered really qiuckly and nicely. That made The whole order/ return process a lot more pleasent.

I ordered 3 dresses on 29th June and none have arrived. I have contacted customer services and no-one has come back to me despite chasing. Please be very cautious about ordering with this customer as I have waited nearly 4 weeks with no purchases arriving despite paying for 5-8 days postage. Not impressed with the lack of NO communication.

I pre-ordered a sold out dress and it was charged and delivered in a timely manner. Also, this dress is a designer dupe - the quality is outstanding and saved me a good $2,000

Good communication with shipping. Though the dress did come with a few of the fringes broken which was a little disappointing. The dress is beautiful.

Dress was poorly sewn. Could be high quality if the draping of the fringe was correct.

My dress came in with a couple snags. I also had to pay duties on the dress so it came out much more expensive. It looks very obvious too.

Everything looked and fit just like the picture. Delivery was a breeze!!!!

I’ve never received my order.
I paid to be delivered within 5 days max but 8 days passed and nothing.
They give me a tracking number but it’s written that my parcel has been collected but that’s it.
Customer don’t care

Quality of dress and time it took to ship. I will be returning, so disappointed I really wanted this to work for my birthday.

worst experience ever. will never be ordering from this site again. it’s not even worth my sending the item back and getting a refund that’s how much i don’t care to deal with this team again.

Paying such a large import tax and paying the delivery too! I thought this would include the taxes! The dress was 80 Euros,plus delivery 16.50 and another 35.90 import charges! Would never order again! The dress was nice, but all the Extra charges has put me off ordering again! Companies like ASOS and Next and New look,pay those charges!!!

When buying from outside the UK custom fees cost more than the dress. Had to send it back :(
