We love our new set. Great quality. Good communication. It did take a little longer than the advertised 5-7 days to be delivered but after 2 and a half weeks we had our set and free gifts delivered.

Furniture quality is great however delivery and communication leaves quite a lot to be desired

From placing order to taking delivery was 4 weeks. For a bulky item this is a decent turn around. The items arrived on a pallet and were very well packaged. The egg chair and the cover arrived with the delivery. I ordered the set as a U shape config, I was really impressed that the cover for the sofa is also U shaped. Was expecting several covers as shown in the images on the website. This was a bonus as we don’t have to break the set apart to cover. The sofa is easy to assemble albeit there is a lot of components so takes a while. Very good quality items, build quality is good, cushions are decent, egg chair is also great. The cover set included as a gift does not include a cover for the egg chair, I ordered this after the sofa arrived and again this small order was delivered swiftly and all correct. Can’t fault any of the furniture or the service provided. Thanks rattan hut for the good experience!

We ordered an 8-seater outdoor sofa. It was fantastic value for money and we are really pleased with the quality.

I am very pleased with our 10 seater Cheltenham fire pit set. It has really helped us with having matching seating for our summer house and separate gazebo area and it looks great! It’s really good value for money with a lovely free egg chair and covers for all seating and fire pit. The service was brilliant, I couldn’t fault them at all.
I had some correspondence with Rattan Hut before placing my order, as I had a few questions. They were quick in getting back to me and very helpful, this supported me in making the right decision when placing my order. The delivery was straight forward, so all in all I am a happy customer. 😁

The furniture is lovely and easy to assemble the only reason for not giving 5 stars is for the delivery was just left outside on a pallet

We absolutely love our garden furniture. It took a really long time to get delivered but it's worth the wait.

Before I ordered I was able to chat to customer service. The furniture is very good quality and easy to assemble. It looks amazing in our new garden. We bought the Cheltenham 8 seater with fire pit table. Love the egg swing chair & covers that came free!!

The garden furniture (Cheltenham) is sturdy, cushions are comfortable and waterproof and it looks fantastic in the garden. We haven’t used the fire pit yet, but it looks lovely. The only downside is that we did not receive the covers for the furniture due to demand. Though, we’ve been informed that they will be with us in June 2026

The Cheltenham Firepit set is fantastic, we love it! We had to wait a very long time for it though so do order ahead but we were very happy with it once it did arrive.

1 star purely for customer support, I've been chasing from day 1 for 7 weeks now with emails, webchat (that doesn't work) and calls due to damaged item delivered!
They have just responded saying they'll replace after i said ill send whole lot back for refund if they don't sort, still waiting for replacement item but if anything happens within warranty i may as well bury my head in the sand.
Quick enough to take your money but cant reply or sort issues, so on this experience alone avoid as there are lots & lots of companies out there!

Worth the long wait quality furniture and easy to assemble

Starting when I ordered the furniture. Very easy to order on-line. Delivery was a bit iffy in as much it took longer than first told. Not easy to speak with anyone ,although I always had a return call same day. Now for the good bits. Was well packed , I was pleased with the quality & the assembly was easy, I haven’t put the fire pit together yet but I’m guessing it will be as easy as the furniture. Would recommend.

The Cheltenham product is lovely , all came as ordered really easy instructions and all lovely packaged. Excellent quality we’re so happy with everything including fire pit table and egg chair included in price. All contact with the Rattan hut was excellent . I would highly recommended and buy from them again .

The furniture and fire table are excellent; I can not fault them. However, delivery is problematic, with unrealistic time scales repeatedly being promised. We were aware of this from other reviews and were not in a great rush for our furniture, so were prepared for the delays. Personally, I would be upfront about the lead time. It is worth a three month wait to get furniture of this great quality and price.

When we ordered we got a confirmation e-mail with a shipping time of 7-10 working days. Arrived within the specified timeframe, easy to assemble and two great free gifts……

Overall really happy with the product. Was easy to build and good quality. Only negative is the delivery delay - was originally advised 5-7 days but took several weeks. Otherwise would recommend!

Excellent, our furniture is fantastic really great quality and great covers! Delivery was excellent and communication was constant. Highly recommend!!
